Today we’d like to introduce you to Paul Breslin.

Paul, please share your story with us. How did you get to where you are today?
After a 35 year of Hotel Operations and development, Cher (my wife) and I started our Panther Hospitality, d/b/a Horwath HTL. We are an asset management and consulting practice in our eleventh year with a focus on Hotel, Travel, Leisure projects across the United States of America. We have the most fantastic team of highly talented individuals working together as a team serving our clients. We worked with the very best in our industry such as Accor, Best Western, Carlson, Hilton, Hyatt, Hard Rock, IHG, Kimpton, Marriott, Preferred Hotels, Ritz-Carlton, Sheraton, Starwood, Westin, Wyndham, large institutions such as BB&T, Coca-Cola, Synovus and so much more…

Our mission is to create an exciting workplace where our team members can create “Raving Fans” in the Hospitality development community. We do this by serving our Associates, Clients, Partners, and Stakeholders we call it doing our “Best Work'” and “Natural Genius” two phases taught to me by Bud Seith, my father in law. We have a culture of learning, sharing and with emphasis on strategic thinking, problem-solving and sharing best practices.

Has it been a smooth road?
We faced many obstacles, challenges, and problems… We like to call them hurdles, things to go over, under, or around, nothing stops us, well if it does it is only until we figure out the right solution or change to overcome….

As a conservative businessman, I can say that most of the challenges I faced were either self-inflicted and or are the natural order. When you grow you have more of everything, such as needs, opportunities, wants, issues, strengths, weaknesses and yes challenges.

We do our best to plan, prepare, anticipate, forecast, etc. However, things happen and you must adjust, modify, rethink, analyze, overcome and frankly just push through.

Top struggles, are Time, Talent and Technology, centered around money and resources…

• Impact studies are 11k – 25k depending on size location complexity.
• Consulting services range depending on the project our hourly rates are from $125.00 – 550.00, this will vary from office to office.
