Meet Priyanka Singh of SRICARE.US

Today we’d like to introduce you to Priyanka Singh.

Alright, so thank you so much for sharing your story and insight with our readers. To kick things off, can you tell us a bit about how you got started?
The Story of SRICARE.US: From Heart to Home
My journey into home health care didn’t start in a boardroom, it started in a living room. Like many founders in this space, my spark was personal. I found myself navigating the complex, often overwhelming world of elder care for my own family, and I realized very quickly that there was a massive gap between clinical care and compassionate care.
I saw brilliant medical professionals who lacked the time to see the human being behind the chart, and I knew I could do it differently. I wanted to build something where care wasn’t just a line item but a culture.

The Early Days: Building on a Shoestring and a Dream
I started SRICARE.US with little more than a laptop, a deep knowledge of the industry, and a very stubborn refusal to accept the status quo. In the beginning, I was everything and still I am the recruiter, the scheduler, the marketer, and occasionally the person making sure a client had their favorite tea.
Being a woman in this space allowed me to lean into relational leadership. I didn’t just want to hire caregivers. I wanted to empower them. I knew that if my team felt seen and supported, that energy would naturally flow into the homes of our clients.
Navigating Growth
As we scaled, the challenges changed. We had to navigate:
* The Trust Factor: Proving to families that we treat their loved ones like our own.
* Quality Consistency: Moving from a woman show to a robust team without losing that boutique feel.
* Innovation: Integrating technology to streamline scheduling and family communication so our caregivers could focus on what matters, he person in front of them.
Where We Are Today
Today, SRICARE.US has grown from a single person operation into a trusted community partner with 25-30 of caregivers and hundreds of families served. We’ve moved beyond just assistance to providing holistic wellness at home.
What I’m most proud of isn’t just our growth metrics, it’s the fact that we’ve maintained our soul. We are a woman led business that prioritizes empathy as much as efficiency. We’re not just providing a service but we’re giving families their lives back and seniors their dignity.

I’m sure it wasn’t obstacle-free, but would you say the journey has been fairly smooth so far?
Smooth? I wish! If the road were smooth, I probably wouldn’t have developed the grit that keeps this business running today. In the home care industry, you aren’t just selling a service; you are asking people to trust you with their most vulnerable loved ones and the keys to their front door. That is a heavy ask.
While the rewards are deeply personal, the struggles were and sometimes still are very real.

By far, the steepest hill to climb was finding and connecting with clients. In the beginning, it was incredibly difficult. When you’re the new business on the block, you don’t have a decade of testimonials to lean on. I spent months pounding the pavement, visiting hospitals, rehab and meeting with social workers just to get five minutes of their time.
Even today, for any new business in this space, client acquisition remains a hurdle. You aren’t just competing with other agencies; you are fighting against the natural hesitation families feel about letting a stranger into their home. Building that bridge of trust from scratch takes an immense amount of patience and a very thick skin.

In home care, your product is your people. Finding caregivers who didn’t just have the skills, but also possessed the ‘heart’ and empathy I required, was a massive challenge. I had to learn the hard way that you can’t train someone to be compassionate. I eventually had to overhaul my entire hiring process to vet for character first and technical skill second.

I’ll be honest: I underestimated the administrative weight of this industry. Between state regulations, insurance complexities, and evolving labor laws, I quickly realized that being a caregiver at heart wasn’t enough, I had to become a meticulous operator. There were many late nights spent buried in policy manuals, making sure our heart was backed by a rock solid, compliant infrastructure.

The Silver Lining These struggles weren’t just obstacles; they were the architects of my business model. They taught me that connection is more important than a sales pitch. We are where we are today not because we avoided the bumps, but because we learned how to build a better vehicle to drive over them. We don’t just look for ‘leads’ anymore; we build relationships.

Great, so let’s talk business. Can you tell our readers more about what you do and what you think sets you apart from others?
At SRICARE.US, we operate under a simple but powerful guiding principle: ‘Your Comfort, Our Commitment.’ We are a dedicated home health care provider serving families across the heart of Georgia, specifically throughout Cobb, Clayton, DeKalb, Hall, Fulton, Forsyth, Gwinnett and Paulding counties.

What We Do & Our Specializations We provide a comprehensive suite of services designed to help seniors and individuals with unique needs live safely and happily at home. We are best known for our Personal Care Services, which include essential daily support like bathing, grooming, and dressing with the utmost dignity.
Beyond the home, we specialize in Transportation Services. We understand that independence is tied to mobility, so we ensure our clients can get to medical appointments, run errands, or attend social gatherings safely and on time. Whether it’s 24-hour home care, companionship, or specialized child care for those with special needs, our services are always tailored to the individual.

What Sets Us Apart What truly distinguishes SRICARE from others is our holistic focus on Independence and Emotional Well being. We don’t just provide a caregiver, we provide a companion. While we handle the physical requirements of care, we place equal importance on mental stimulation and emotional support. Our goal isn’t just to assist, it’s to empower our clients to maintain their autonomy and relish every moment of their golden years.

What We Are Most Proud Of Brand wise, I am most proud of the trust and peace of mind we provide to families. There is a specific kind of relief a family member feels when they realize their loved one isn’t just being ‘looked after,’ but is truly thriving. Seeing our caregivers build genuine bonds with clients in communities from Marietta to Gainesville is what makes me most proud of the SRICARE.

What I Want Readers to Know If there is one thing I want your readers to know, it’s that SRICARE.US is built on the values of Dignity, Respect, and Compassionate Care. We are currently welcoming new clients across our eight county service area. We are here to bridge the gap between needing help and staying independent, ensuring that every client we serve is treated like a member of our own family.

If we knew you growing up, how would we have described you?
As SRICARE.US continues to grow, our vision for the future is built on scaling our heart centered approach while embracing the innovations of 2026. Here is a brief look at our future roadmap:
1. Regional Density & Expansion
Deepening Roots: While we already serve eight key counties (Cobb, Clayton, DeKalb, Hall, Fulton, Forsyth, Gwinnett and Paulding), our goal is to increase our regional density. This means having more specialized caregivers living within these specific neighborhoods to provide even faster, more reliable response times for our families.

New Territory: We are evaluating expansion into neighboring underserved areas to bring our signature Dignity, Respect, and Care model to more Georgia families.
2. Technology-Augmented Care
AI-Powered Coordination: We are integrating smarter scheduling and predictive tools to better match caregivers with clients based on personality and specialized needs, not just availability.

Passive Safety Monitoring: We plan to introduce passive home monitoring technologies (like fall detection and wellness sensors) that offer families an extra layer of security without invading the client’s privacy or dignity.
3. Specialized Training Up skilling
Niche Expertise: We are expanding our training programs to include advanced certifications for our staff in Dementia and Alzheimer’s Care, as well as Post- Operative Recovery.

Caregiver Wellness: To combat industry wide burnout, we are launching internal support initiatives that prioritize the mental health of our caregivers, ensuring they have the emotional energy to provide the best care.
4. Hybrid Care Models
Virtual & In Person: Moving toward a hybrid model where physical visits are supplemented by virtual check ins. This allows us to keep a close eye on our clients’ well being and provide companionship even during the gaps between in-home shifts.
5. Community Partnership Network
Beyond the Home: We are building formal partnerships with local medical providers, physical therapists, and community centers in Atlanta and Gainesville. Our goal is to create a seamless circle of care so that a client’s transition from the hospital to the home is 100% stress free for the family.

Pricing:

  • Our services are tailored to each family’s budget and needs, with hourly rates typically ranging from $20 to $120, depending on the level of care and frequency of visits.
