Hi Rasheb “Shyizm”, we’re thrilled to have a chance to learn your story today. So, before we get into specifics, maybe you can briefly walk us through how you got to where you are today?
I started as a rapper focused on getting a record deal I then learned how to make my own music so I created a production company and made music for artist that later turned into a record label Once I learned how to shoot music videos that took me on a journey to becoming a editor and creating film series. and also making films for other people. And because of that, I turned the record company into a multimedia company. Since I knew I was given a creative gift. I begin to learn how to develop websites. Then later, turn that expertise in to learning how to develop mobile apps. . The App development journey was a 10 year stretch. Because I incorporated it into my multimedia company..

Alright, so let’s dig a little deeper into the story – has it been an easy path overall and if not, what were the challenges you’ve had to overcome?
The main obstacle was juggling life and trying to build $1 billion company while taking care of my kids as a single father.

I am the founder and CEO of ISE Multimedia group (Team ISE). We help the entertainment industry, such as artist, producers, DJs, battle, leagues, record, labels, actors, and actresses and movie makers monetize their craft by providing them with their own mobile app and providing them with a private community that teach them how to control their IP
