Hi Tatyana, we’d love for you to start by introducing yourself.
My journey has really been about growth, faith, and being willing to evolve. I started in real estate with a passion for helping people navigate homeownership, and over the last six years, that passion has grown into something much bigger. What began as me building my own business has now expanded into me building a team, stepping into leadership, and working toward my broker license, which is a huge milestone for me.
Real estate has taught me so much about resilience, consistency, and what it takes to build something that lasts. It hasn’t always been easy, but every challenge has shaped me into a stronger businesswoman and leader. I’ve always wanted my work to be about more than just transactions — I want to create impact, help people build wealth, and build a brand that stands for excellence and service.
At the same time, one of my most meaningful roles has been being a mom. That journey has grown too, especially as I’ve stepped into being a “mom-a-ger” for my daughter as she pursues acting. Supporting her dreams while building my own has added another layer to my story and reminded me that legacy is about what you build for yourself and what you help create for the people you love.
I’m proud of how far I’ve come over the last six years, but I’m even more excited about what’s next. I’m in a season of expansion, from growing my business and team to stepping fully into new levels as a leader, entrepreneur, and mother.
I’m sure it wasn’t obstacle-free, but would you say the journey has been fairly smooth so far?
No, it definitely has not been a smooth road. There have been seasons in real estate where deals didn’t close, money was slow, and I still had to find a way to show up every single day. That part of entrepreneurship can be really hard because even when things feel uncertain, you still have to stay consistent, keep serving, and keep believing that what you’re building will come together.
At the same time, I’ve had to navigate motherhood while building my business, and that has come with its own challenges. After having my second daughter, There were moments where I’ve battled postpartum, felt lost, and had to find my way back to myself while still being present for my daughters and my goals. Balancing those emotions with the demands of business was not easy, but it shaped me in a deeper way.
Those struggles taught me resilience, faith, and how to keep going even when life doesn’t feel clear. They also reminded me that success is not just about the wins people see — it’s also about the strength it takes to keep showing up in the hard seasons too.
As you know, we’re big fans of The name of my business is Stunning Homes Realty . . For our readers who might not be as familiar what can you tell them about the brand?
The Stunning Homes Group is a real estate brand built on service, strategy, and creating a high-level experience for every client we serve. We specialize in helping buyers, sellers, and move-up clients navigate the market with confidence, while making the process feel more personal, supported, and seamless. I’m especially known for being hands-on, educating my clients throughout the process, and helping them make smart real estate decisions that not only get them to the closing table, but also position them to build wealth.
What sets us apart is that we focus on more than just the transaction. My brand is rooted in creating a true experience. Whether it’s helping buyers understand their options, negotiating strong deals, offering creative solutions, or helping sellers maximize their equity, I want my clients to feel like they have someone in their corner from start to finish. I also take a lot of pride in bringing a luxury feel, strong branding, and genuine care to every level of service, no matter the price point.
Brand wise, I’m most proud that The Stunning Homes Group reflects both excellence and heart. It represents growth, leadership, and the vision I’ve built over the years. After six years in the business, building my team and expanding the brand has been one of the biggest milestones for me. I want readers to know that my business is about helping people make powerful moves in real estate while feeling seen, supported, and empowered along the way
Before we go, is there anything else you can share with us?
One thing I’d love to share is that I’m in a season of expanding creatively as well. In addition to real estate, I’ve recently started leaning more into creative writing, which has been a really meaningful part of my journey. Writing has given me another outlet to tell stories, express ideas, and tap into a different side of who I am as a creator.
I’m also navigating what it looks like to be both a mom and a manager for my eldest daughter as she steps into acting. Supporting her dreams has opened my eyes to a whole new world and has inspired me in unexpected ways. Through that journey, I’ve found myself becoming more interested in film and storytelling overall, and I can definitely see that being a space I grow into more over time.
For me, it all connects — real estate, leadership, motherhood, writing, and creativity. At the core of all of it is a passion for building something meaningful, creating impact, and showing that it’s okay to evolve into new versions of yourself. I want readers to know that sometimes your path unfolds in ways you didn’t originally plan, and that can be a beautiful thing.
