Meet Dr. Paul Gross of Terminus Chiropractic in Cabbagetown

Today we’d like to introduce you to Dr. Paul Gross.

Dr. Paul, let’s start with your story. We’d love to hear how you got started and how the journey has been so far.
Years ago my life was changed by a chiropractor. I realized that I could take my health into my own hands and never looked back. My goal is to create an empowering space for people of all ages to get healthy and stay healthy. My wife and I live in Grant Park, so it’s a dream come true to have an office so close to home in a great and historical Atlanta neighborhood like Cabbagetown.

Overall, has it been relatively smooth? If not, what were some of the struggles along the way?
Starting a practice from scratch was difficult because I simply didn’t know where to start. When I finished chiropractic school, I knew how to help people, but I didn’t quite know how to communicate that message. It was terrifying to take that leap. I decided from the start that I would only create a practice that was authentically rooted in me, my values, and the community I aim to serve. It hasn’t always been easy, but it is always incredibly rewarding to help people feel better, heal better, and live better.

Terminus Chiropractic – what should we know? What do you guys do best? What sets you apart from the competition?
Chiropractic is based on a simple premise. Under the right circumstances, the body can and should heal itself. The neuro-spinal system provides the essential link of communication between the brain and body. Chiropractic enables the body to function better by ensuring that the link between brain and body is free of interference. I call myself a neighborhood chiropractor. This means that I’m there for people when and how they need me. There are no sales tactics in my office, no high pressure or fear-based motivation. Instead, the goal is to be a resource to anyone and everyone who wants to live a healthier life. My aim as a business is to make it as easy and convenient for people as possible. No hassle, no insurance. Pure and simple, affordable neighborhood chiropractic care.

What is “success” or “successful” for you?
Success means being known all over town as a resource for anyone and everyone who needs me. I want my office full of different kinds of people from all walks of life who want to live a better life. I hope to be a fixture of the neighborhood and the city as a whole for many years to come.
