Meet Yvonne Harper of Shine Aesthetics in Kennesaw

Today we’d like to introduce you to Yvonne Harper.

Yvonne, please share your story with us. How did you get to where you are today?
After over 20 years in corporate America, I realized that there was no purpose to my job, I decided to take a risk and try something new after meeting a friends sister who was a massage therapist. I thought – I can do that! After all, I loved all things spa. I went to massage and skin care school and started my practice working evenings and weekends. I feel in love with helping people and six years ago quit my day job and created Shine Aesthetics.

For over a decade, I have been helping clients improve their lives to age better and feel better. I take a holistic approach to anti-aging helping people discover their natural beauty with advanced non-invasive techniques and clinical skin care products.

I obtained my certifications at the Atlanta School of Massage, International School of Skin and Nails and have received advanced training in non-invasive anti-aging studies with Panestetic in Bergamo Italy.

I am committed to providing my clients with a unique and personalized wellness experience that can help their well-being. My goal is to help you age better, feel better and heal better.

Has it been a smooth road?
It has been a road of many lessons getting to where I am now. I started a massage clinic with a business partner when I finished massage school that was hugely successful for a few years. But due to a recession, we had to close the business. Then I started renting rooms in other businesses because I was scared to take another risk. My happy place is operating as a sole practitioner where I can offer services that are customized to each and every client.
