Story & Lesson Highlights with Cassandra Pitchford of Middle Georgia

We’re looking forward to introducing you to Cassandra Pitchford. Check out our conversation below.

Hi Cassandra, thank you so much for taking time out of your busy day to share your story, experiences and insights with our readers. Let’s jump right in with an interesting one: What is something outside of work that is bringing you joy lately?
I have recently taken up crocheting as a way to disconnect. My daughter has been exploring the craft and taught me how to get started. While I am still mastering the technique, I really appreciate how it requires singular focus. In a world where we are constantly multitasking, it is refreshing to have a hobby that requires me to slow down, and I cherish the time we get to spend creating together.

Can you briefly introduce yourself and share what makes you or your brand unique?
My name is Cassandra Pitchford, and I am the founder of CP Solutions. My journey is a bit of a full-circle story; years ago, I started a virtual assistant business before stepping away to pursue a corporate career in Human Resources. In 2025, after a sudden job transition, I decided to return to my entrepreneurial roots but this time, merging my administrative background with my HR expertise.

CP Solutions was born out of a desire to empower small startups, non-profits, and entrepreneurs. We provide comprehensive administrative services ranging from HR and payroll to social media management so that business owners can stop sweating the small stuff and focus on what matters most: growing their business.

Okay, so here’s a deep one: What part of you has served its purpose and must now be released?
I am releasing the version of myself that felt the need to stick to ‘the blueprint’ and play it safe. For a long time, I tethered my identity to my job title and gave everything to the corporate world, believing that was the only path to success. I’ve realized that mindset has served its purpose. Now, I’m embracing the freedom to do things differently and letting go of the pressure to be the ‘perfect’ version of what the world expects me to be.

If you could say one kind thing to your younger self, what would it be?
I would simply tell her: ‘You are enough.’ I would want her to know that all the things she worried about and beat herself up over really won’t matter in the grand scheme of things. I’d encourage her to be kinder to herself and to realize that she is worthy without having to be perfect.

Next, maybe we can discuss some of your foundational philosophies and views? What’s a cultural value you protect at all costs?
Unwavering faith. I navigate my life and my business with the core understanding that God will never fail me. Protecting that spiritual connection is non-negotiable for me because it is the source of my strength and the reason I can step out into new ventures with confidence.

Before we go, we’d love to hear your thoughts on some longer-run, legacy type questions. What light inside you have you been dimming?
The light I’ve been dimming is my innate desire to create. Working in the corporate world often required me to stifle my artistic side to focus on the task at hand. However, I have a deep love for the arts and the process of building something from scratch. I am learning that my creativity is a strength, not a distraction, and I’m done hiding it.
