Today we’d like to introduce you to Keaira Easley.
Hi Keaira, so excited to have you with us today. What can you tell us about your story?
I was born in Atlanta, GA. And the story behind iLashtrap would have to be acknowledging my multiple different hobbies, I was venturing out to see what mainly fit me & my passion. With that being said lashes is the hobby that STOOD out the most, So instead of keeping it at a hobby, I turned it into a business. Having the support team I had, I began to practice more & as I got better, I knew that this was my passion of work. Not only can I get better with my passion but it also allows me to build both professional/personal relationships with my iLashBabes.
Can you talk to us a bit about the challenges and lessons you’ve learned along the way. Looking back would you say it’s been easy or smooth in retrospect?
Of course in the start up of a business nothing is all rainbows & unicorns. It definitely has been hard. But as a business owner, there will be both good & bad days, But having the passion I have I did NOT stop. I continued to pursue myself & my brand with faith, prayer & hope. Having the faith I have for myself & the self-motivation for my passion of work, the road has definitely got smoother. My advise to the next business owner would be NEVER GIVE UP. No matter how hard it may seem, those blood, sweat & tears will definitely be worth it in the end! Keep prospering.
Thanks – so what else should our readers know about your work and what you’re currently focused on?
I am a certified lash technician residing in the southside of Atlanta, GA. I specialize in my favorite set the “Hu$tla Hybrid” which is a natural yet light enhancement that gives volume but still shows a beautiful enhancement. I’m most proud of the fact that I did not give up no matter how hard it got! Something that sets me apart from everyone else is that there’s then there’s lashes & then there’s iLashTrap lashes especially with the way COVID has everyone wearing masks these days, why not show your personality through your LASHES!
What does success mean to you?
Success to me would have to be just knowing that I have people that see & acknowledge my work ethics. Appreciate my work ethics. Success to me is giving back & making a difference to the world. To some, they gauge their success off of where they’re at now, but I judge my Success based off how many lives I’ve impacted/inspired. The more inspiration my brand gives off, The more I feel like I’ve done something right!
