Today we’d like to introduce you to Teria Branch.

Hi Teria, please kick things off for us with an introduction to yourself and your story.
I am the founder of Skyline Admin. I specialize in helping healthcare professionals and business owners to grow their businesses through developing relationships and improving operations.

Born and raised in Atlanta, GA, I loved exploring different strategies to improve and organize processes and how to make procedures efficient. I would organize the kitchen cabinets, the house, and in my teenage years my parents’ finances. I start to realize how much I love helping others. I wanted to make a huge impact where it was greatly needed so I started my journey in healthcare.

My parents taught me from a young age how to work hard and find joy in what you do for others while being committed to your vision. In the eleventh grade, I became a peer educator for the teen clinic at Grady Hospital. My whole world opened to learn new and exciting things all related to healthcare and me helping others.

Fast forward to this current day, I have obtained a Master’s Degree in Healthcare Administration with over 15 years of experience working in the healthcare industry. With 15 years of experience working in the industry, I wanted to share my knowledge and experience with healthcare professionals and business owners who are needing assistance in their business.

Having a qualified individual with experience is one benefit of hiring a virtual assistant. Of course, I also assist with administrative tasks, marketing, social media management, onboarding and offboarding patients and staff, insurance verifications, charge captures, and more.

From tackling personal decisions to reaching important milestones, my job is to guide you on the path to success. I’m fueled by my commitment to excellence and go the extra mile to make sure clients are fully satisfied with my work.

I’m sure you wouldn’t say it’s been obstacle free, but so far would you say the journey have been a fairly smooth road?
The road to this journey has been challenging. Entreperuship is a different field from the corporate world. There were so many steps that I needed to learn to set up my business to operate effectively and efficiently. I can honestly say that I truly appreciate every step along the way. In fact, I recommend every entrepreneur to set up their business correctly in the beginning with everything in place so that once business picks up you are able to move forward and focus on new tasks and grow your business and not have to worry about step 1 in your journey.

We’ve been impressed with Skyline Admin, but for folks who might not be as familiar, what can you share with them about what you do and what sets you apart from others?

I am a Virtual Assistant for Medical Professionals, Entrepreneurs & Coaches & ​Nonprofit Organizations. I specialize in assisting and supporting healthcare professionals and business owners in their business and/or practice. Whether it’s scheduling meetings, filing paperwork, or sending out reminders, I will be there to help you succeed!

I develop relationships and promote teamwork with my clients. I believe that HONESTY, RESPECT, CONFIDENTIALITY, and INTEGRITY are important keys for business and our clients. I strive to provide a QUALITY service that is UNSURPASSED so that premium value is delivered to our customers.

I am accepting new clients. I also offer strategy sessions for business owners who are looking to pick my brain or learn the newest and latest strategic approach to grow and automate their business.
