Meet Amber Reynolds of The Paint Factory

Today we’d like to introduce you to Amber Reynolds.

Amber, please share your story with us. How did you get to where you are today?
My job closed in March 2020, due to COVID and the shutdown. I have worked since I was 15 years old and not being able to make my own money was hard, so I decided I wanted to open my own business. I made a list of things I enjoyed doing and realized I have gone to almost 20 sip and paints. At that moment, I knew I could open The Paint Factory doing something I love and being the BOSS I know I can be! So on my birthday June 25, 2020, I created my LLC and The Paint Factory was born!

Overall, has it been relatively smooth? If not, what were some of the struggles along the way?
It has been going pretty good, actually! The only thing I get frustrated with is social media! Just trying to get my business out to everyone.

We’d love to hear more about The Paint Factory.
The Paint Factory, LLC, is a mobile sip and paint business that also offers hookah for private events. I am proud to have a BLACK OWNED BUSINESS! What sets my business apart from others is 1- we are mobile, most sip and paint companies have studios and you have to go to them to paint. 2- We offer hookah. I haven’t found a sip and paint business that provides that as an option. 3- Did I mention we are black-owned! It doesn’t get much better than that!

Any shoutouts? Who else deserves credit in this story – who has played a meaningful role?
God deserves credit for pushing me and giving me the idea to make all of this happen! I also want to thank my amazing family and circle of friends for supporting and loving me each step of the way!
