Meet Ryan White of Social Revelation in Buckhead

Today we’d like to introduce you to Ryan White.

Ryan, can you briefly walk us through your story – how you started and how you got to where you are today.
I would be glad to. I grew up in a very small town in southern Georgia called Lakeland. My life was centered around baseball throughout most of my life and collegiate career. I lived in Warner Robbins, GA from 2013-2017 while I was a private baseball instructor and coach for a top 5 travel baseball organization.

In 2017, I launched my own social media and digital marketing agency known as Social Revelation Marketing as a side hustle to help provide a little extra income. It wasn’t long before my side hustle out produced the income of my primary baseball instruction job at the time, and therefore moving into 2018, it was a no brainer on where I should focus my time.

In 2018, I decided to go full-time into my start-up and through the power of networking, an amazing team, and incomparable results to the competition, my start-up grossed 1 million in sales in its first full fiscal year.

Now we are humbled to say we have around 600+ active clients and 12 partner firms who white-label our services all around the globe!

I have had the opportunity to be featured in major publications like Forbes, Inc, Entrepreneur and have been on live television shows such as Good Morning LaLa Land in West Hollywood and The Mountain Morning Show in Park City, Utah because of the success of Social Revelation and my personal brand.

It has been an amazing come up story to say the least – a true American Dream.

Great, so let’s dig a little deeper into the story – has it been an easy path overall and if not, what were the challenges you’ve had to overcome?
My particular journey has been rather smoother than most people’s entrepreneurial journey I tend to hear about, but I definitely still had my fair share of adversity.

From learning to deal with human resource issues when trying to scale to trying to keep the work/family balance in my life, entrepreneurship in general comes with its difficulties no doubt.

However, being new to the entrepreneur space and finding what many would consider immediate success, it has definitely been a blessing to say the least.

Luckily, I have had a tremendous support system in my wife Nadia and my business collogues who have become brothers to me over last few years.

Alright – so let’s talk business. Tell us about Social Revelation – what should we know?
In its simplest form, Social Revelation is a social media and digital marketing firm which helps business and personal brands increase their digital footprint and brand awareness online.

Our company manages the online strategy for several seven to eight-figure earners who are top performers within their industry. To the point, we help brands get more exposure aka “eyeballs” on their product or service. Assuming our client’s product or service is quality, typically the more eyeballs and/or attention we can bring to our client, the more income will flow our client’s way.

We help people primarily with social media strategy and management, digital press placements, targeted lead generation, websites, and consulting.

I am most proud of the culture we have built here at Social Revelation and the team we have in place. We have some of the hardest workers in the room who genuinely care about our clients and their results.

Our ability to provide time-sensitive solutions to client issues is one of our biggest assets.

Is there a characteristic or quality that you feel is essential to success?
My ability to network with people and get attention when it is needed.

Networking is hands down my most important asset. I have met some of the most powerful business leaders in the world within the last three years through networking.

There is a saying I am sure you have heard, “It is not about what you know, but who you know” but I like to take this a step further to “It is not about who you know but who knows you” that is most important.

Networking and getting attention are two things I have always been good at so my pipeline is pretty full which allows me to close BIG deals.

He who gets the most attention will also be who gets the most money a majority of the time!
