Meet Steven Lafferty of Rakers Junk Removal in Metro Atlanta

Today we’d like to introduce you to Steven Lafferty.

So, before we jump into specific questions about the business, why don’t you give us some details about you and your story.
I have an extensive career in Waste & Recycling that brought us to Atlanta. While I’ve always had an entrepreneurial spirit, it wasn’t until life intervened that I seized on an opportunity to start Rakers Junk Removal. I scrapped together a few bucks and put my experience to the test.

Has it been a smooth road?
It’s been a windy road, with faith and hope moving us forward. I find that serendipity happens when you continue to work a plan despite the odds. As a new business, our biggest challenge is becoming known to potential customers. We take great pride in each and every customer that hires us!

We’d love to hear more about your business.
We’re a junk removal business that emphasizes customer service. We’re known for being prompt, friendly, efficient and competitively priced. We’re most proud of the number of customers who refer us based on a positive service experience.

Is our city a good place to do what you do?
Yes, Atlanta is a great place to start a waste & recycling business.
