Daily Inspiration: Meet Tabatha Dashiell

Today we’d like to introduce you to Tabatha Dashiell.

Hi Tabatha, thanks for joining us today. We’d love for you to start by introducing yourself.
My journey began with a passion for fashion and a desire to help women express who they are through what they wear and carry. That vision led me to create Elevate Apparel LLC, a lifestyle brand created to inspire confidence, ambition, and entrepreneurship. Every collection is designed to encourage people to dream bigger, pursue their goals, and wear their mindset with pride.
As my entrepreneurial journey continued, I expanded my vision with Purseonality Boutique LLC, a brand built on the belief that every handbag should reflect confidence, individuality, and personal style. What started as an idea quickly became a business dedicated to offering fashionable, high-quality accessories that empower women to feel their best.
I am also an Author of the book “ The Lifestyle Entrepreneur: Helpful Tips towards your Business Start-Up.
Today, I’m focused on growing both brands, connecting with my customers, and building businesses that inspire confidence, self-expression, and purpose.

Can you talk to us a bit about the challenges and lessons you’ve learned along the way. Looking back would you say it’s been easy or smooth in retrospect?
No, it has not been a smooth road. Like many entrepreneurs, I’ve experienced problems such as increasing brand awareness, drawing customers, balancing inventory and demand, and learning about all areas of running a business, from marketing and social media to finances and customer service. There were times when sales were slower than projected, and I debated whether to continue. However, each setback served as an opportunity to learn, adapt, and grow. Those experiences honed my resilience, showed me the value of consistency and perseverance, and reminded me that success is achieved one step at a time. Today, those challenges push me to keep building my brands and motivating people on their own entrepreneurial journeys.

Appreciate you sharing that. What else should we know about what you do?
I am the founder of Purseonality Boutique and Elevate Apparel, two brands that promote confidence, self-expression, and empowerment. At Purseonality Boutique, I concentrate in curating fashionable purses and accessories that allow women to express their individual personalities via fashion. Elevate Apparel is a lifestyle brand that empowers entrepreneurs, visionaries, and achievers to proudly embrace their ambitions.

What I’m most proud of is developing my brands from the ground up with a clear purpose and goal. Every product is carefully chosen or developed to accomplish more than just make a fashion statement; it is intended to instill confidence, promote originality, and remind individuals that they are capable of attaining their goals.

My brands are driven by purpose rather than trends, which distinguishes me. I seek to establish true relationships with my consumers by providing high-quality items, outstanding customer service, and a message of empowerment. My objective is not just to sell fashion; I want to build a community in which individuals feel confident, inspired, and empowered every time they wear one of my products.

What matters most to you?
What is most important to me is having a positive impact and inspiring people to believe in themselves. I want my brands to be more than just fashion; I want them to remind people that confidence, tenacity, and purpose can transform their lives. Whether someone is beginning a business, chasing a goal, or simply looking for a confidence boost, I want my items to inspire them to keep going.

This is important to me because I know that creating something worthwhile requires hard effort, resilience, and faith. Every struggle I’ve faced has strengthened my determination, and I hope my story inspires others to persevere in achieving their goals. To me, success is measured not just by sales, but also by the lives I inspire, the confidence I help build, and the legacy I leave behind through my brands.
