Today we’d like to introduce you to Kevin O’Neal.

Hi Kevin, so excited to have you on the platform. So before we get into questions about your work-life, maybe you can bring our readers up to speed on your story and how you got to where you are today?
Originally purchased the vehicle to be a family car for myself and my daughter. The intent was to hand it to her when she became of age to drive. I inadvertently became too comfortable with the car and decided to keep it for myself. After attending one car event and seeing all the other cars and how they were modified, I decided to start the process myself and see what I could do.

Can you talk to us a bit about the challenges and lessons you’ve learned along the way. Looking back would you say it’s been easy or smooth in retrospect?
Definitely not a smooth road. It’s a very costly endeavor firstly. Second, trying to pick which shops, which brand products, etc… Being conscious of where you are with your build vs someone that’s spending insane amounts of money and understanding that you may be put on the back end for higher priced builds. Gaining general knowledge of what to look for and what is quality and what is a total rip off.

Alright, so to wrap up, is there anything else you’d like to share with us?
There are more sides to the car scene than what is just seen on the Internet. And that’s why I decided to become a part of Elit3 Cliqu3 Car Club. We’re more for community, charity, etc… The side of the car community that tends to get overlooked sometimes. The builds that are from start to finish, the prep, the stories, the camaraderie, the family atmosphere. This is why I do it. So kids can see that we’re not all out to do take overs, or run from police. But rather be a part of the community and engage with local law enforcement in a positive way. Being seen as responsible, respectful and charitable.
