Today we’d like to introduce you to Valerie Pableo.
Hi Valerie, it’s an honor to have you on the platform. Thanks for taking the time to share your story with us – to start maybe you can share some of your backstory with our readers?
I grew up in a small town known as Valdosta, GA, where I spent much of my time as a cheerleader, dancer, and theater kid. At the age of 19, I moved to Atlanta, GA in hopes of chasing bigger dreams and more opportunities. I used my background to progress those skills into similar hobbies such as aerial acrobatics, flow arts, fire performing, modeling, and creating content. What started as hobbies quickly grew into a career centered around live entertainment and immersive experiences.
Now, I’m working as a Performing Artist / Entertainer for a wide range of events such as birthday parties, weddings, corporate events, public events, holidays, film, concerts, nightlife, festivals, and everything else. I specialize in creating immersive, high-energy, dynamic performances that turn events into unforgettable, captivating moments
My set of skills include Aerial Acrobatics on Lyra, Lollipop, Pole, and Silks. I also perform as a stage dancer, immersive dancer, film dancer, dancer with fire props, LED props, and other props such as hoops, fans, poi, and staff. Aerial acrobatics and GoGo dancing are what I’m most commonly booked for.
Can you talk to us a bit about the challenges and lessons you’ve learned along the way. Looking back would you say it’s been easy or smooth in retrospect?
It definitely hasn’t been a completely smooth road. Building a career in entertainment and performance takes a lot of time, patience, consistency, and self-discipline.
It has taken a significant amount of time and dedication to get where I am today. One of the biggest challenges for me has been balancing so many passions and creative interests at once. While that allowed me to become versatile, it also slowed my progress in certain skills and occasionally led to burnout and frustration when I felt like I wasn’t improving quickly enough. Overtime, I’ve learned to overcome this by focusing on 1 or 2 specific hobbies at a time and reaching a point where I was satisfied with my growth, then switch to a different hobby to focus on.
Another struggle was learning how to turn my hobbies into paid work. Once I was happy with my skillset, I started reaching out to agencies in hopes of becoming booked. Once I gained experience working with one agency, it became much easier to build credibility and expand my network. From there, opportunities started growing quickly, and now I work with multiple agencies across different types of events and entertainment.
Can you tell our readers more about what you do and what you think sets you apart from others?
I work as a Performer and Entertainer for events such as birthday parties, weddings, corporate events, public events, holidays, film, concerts, nightlife, festivals, and everything else. I specialize in creating immersive, high-energy, dynamic performances that turn events into unforgettable, captivating moments

Aerial acrobatics and GoGo dancing are what I’m most commonly booked for. I love creating performances that feel visually captivating while also bringing strong energy and interaction to the environment around me.
What I’m most proud of is how far I’ve pushed myself creatively and physically over the years. Many of these skills take years of training, discipline, and consistency. I’ve built my career largely through persistence, networking, and continuously pushing myself. Watching something that started as creative passions evolve into professional opportunities has been incredibly rewarding.
What sets me apart is my versatility and ability to blend multiple art forms together. I’m able to combine technical aerial skills, dance, character performance, crowd interaction, and visual storytelling into one experience. I also genuinely care about creating an atmosphere and memorable energy for people, not just performing tricks. I can adapt to the energy, brand, and vision of any event while still bringing something unique every time. I want audiences to feel fully immersed in the moment and leave feeling inspired to achieve their passions and goals.
How do you think about happiness?
Movement arts and expression is something that I find beautiful, free-spirited, and uplifting. I feel happiest when I reach a flow state during my practices or performances. That’s when I feel the most connected to myself, the music, the movement, and the energy around me. This is what fuels the fire in my soul.
Aerial, fire, and flow arts became a way for me to combine athleticism, artistry, and visually captivating movement into one experience. I love that these art forms allow me to create something immersive, memorable, and exciting for both myself and the audience.
I also love how that energy translates onto other people. There’s something powerful about watching movement-based art that feels dynamic, expressive, and emotionally captivating. Being able to share that energy with others and create moments that make people feel inspired, excited, or fully present is one of the most exciting parts of what I do.
