Alright, so thank you so much for sharing your story and insight with our readers. To kick things off, can you tell us a bit about how you got started?
From a young age, I was the one who could not resist turning even the simplest get-together into something memorable — designing floor plans, creating centerpieces, making long to do lists, creating color palettes, organizing timelines and imagining how to make every moment feel special. I started my career in corporate America, where I worked across engineering, transportation, and events. But even there, my mind was always planning something — birthdays, baby showers, weddings, graduations, and other celebrations that brought people together.

What started as a few gatherings for friends and family in my spare time, quickly grew into multiple events each month. Every celebration reminded me that this was what I was meant to do. The turning point came when I focused on planning weddings of friends and family. I started to work and plan more and more weddings, pouring myself into every detail. This made me realize that my passion was not just a hobby. That’s when Eversole Events was created. When I decided to turn that passion into a business, it wasn’t easy. Starting out meant long nights, uncertainty, and the challenge of finding my first clients while learning what it truly meant to build a brand from the ground up.

Leaving behind a stable corporate path to start my own company was a leap of faith, but I knew I had to bet on myself. With a background in marketing and interior design, I found the perfect blend of creativity and strategy to create events that were not only visually stunning but thoughtfully executed from start to finish.

Today, Eversole Events specializes in weddings; but truly any reason to celebrate is a reason for us to create magic. Our mission is simple: to design moments that feel luxurious no matter the budget, to bring visions to life with heart and precision, and to make every client feel seen, supported, and celebrated.

At Eversole Events, we believe every celebration deserves to be unforgettable. We are not just designing events — we’re curating moments, weaving stories, and bringing our clients’ visions to life in ways that exceed expectations. This journey has been worth all the long nights and I have been very fortunate to meet some amazing people along the way.

We all face challenges, but looking back would you describe it as a relatively smooth road?
It has not always been easy but that’s what makes the journey so meaningful. When I first started Eversole Events, I was filled with excitement and fear all at once. I had left the security of a full-time job to follow my passion, but there were plenty of moments when I wondered if I had made the right choice. Finding those first few clients, building a name for myself, and learning how to run every part of a business on my own was overwhelming at times.

There were nights I stayed up reworking timelines, second-guessing myself, and questioning if I was doing enough. I had to learn how to market myself, manage budgets of all scales, handle difficult vendor situations — all while staying creative and making sure I never lost sight of the clients goals and vision.

Through all of that, I grew. Each challenge forced me to become more resourceful, patient, and confident in my vision. Over time, the small wins started adding up — a glowing review, a referral, a client who cried happy tears seeing their space transformed. Those moments reminded me exactly why I started.

The road hasn’t been perfect, but it’s been worth it. Every setback taught me something, every success fueled my passion, and today, I get to wake up and do what I love!

What does success mean to you?
For me, success isn’t measured by the number of events I book or the size of my business. It’s measured by impact. It’s the look on a couple’s face when they walk into their wedding space for the first time, or the message I get days later saying, “I can’t stop thinking about how perfect everything was.”

Success is knowing that I helped make one of the most important days of someone’s life feel effortless, beautiful, and full of love. It’s seeing my clients trust me with their vision and then watching that vision come to life beyond what they imagined.

On a personal level, success also means growth as a business owner, a creative, and a person. Every event teaches me something new. Every client brings a fresh perspective. Every challenge pushes me to get better.
If I can continue creating joy, inspiring others, and building genuine connections through what I do, that is success to me.
