Ryan, we appreciate you taking the time to share your story with us today. Where does your story begin?
I never knew this would be my industry but one thing I knew from a young age, was that I was going to do something that allowed me to work freely and independently.

Alright, so let’s dig a little deeper into the story – has it been an easy path overall and if not, what were the challenges you’ve had to overcome?
It’s had its ups and downs, the industry changes and having to model ourselves differently have been the biggest hurdle. This industry is not what it used to be.

At Right-Hand Roofing & Gutters, we are a full-service exterior restoration company specializing in roofing, gutters, siding, windows, doors, and decks. For the past 7 years, we have built our company around one core belief: people come first. While we take pride in delivering high-quality craftsmanship and dependable service, we believe strong relationships are what truly set us apart from others in the industry.

Our company has grown through trust, consistency, and treating every customer and team member with respect. We understand that your home is one of your biggest investments, and we approach every project with the same level of care and attention we would expect for our own families.

If we knew you growing up, how would we have described you?
Growing up, I was always driven, competitive, and people-oriented. I enjoyed working hard, building relationships, and finding ways to improve at whatever I was doing. I’ve always been the type of person who values loyalty, teamwork, and creating strong connections with the people around me.

I was also very interested in learning hands-on skills and understanding how things work, especially anything involving building, creating, or improving something. Over time, that mindset naturally turned into a passion for business, leadership, and helping others succeed.

Personality-wise, I’ve always tried to be dependable and motivated, but also someone people could trust and count on. A big part of what shaped me was seeing the value of hard work, consistency, and surrounding yourself with the right people. Those same values still carry over into how I lead my company today.
