Conversations with Tony Kim

Today we’d like to introduce you to Tony Kim.

Hi Tony, so excited to have you on the platform. So before we get into questions about your work-life, maybe you can bring our readers up to speed on your story and how you got to where you are today?
I started modeling and grew in love with acting because of the challenge to play different roles. I networked and found many opportunities in the industry. My amazing talent agent Tonya Hensley has helped mold my career and give me great opportunities!

Would you say it’s been a smooth road, and if not what are some of the biggest challenges you’ve faced along the way?
I have been in the industry over a decade and been on countless auditions and not booking. It has definitely been a challenge throughout my journey. Finally getting bookings now.

Appreciate you sharing that. What else should we know about what you do?
I am an actor and model. I am most proud of my booking in a short film last year. It was a breakthrough supporting role. I have a great look which separates me from others.

What do you like best about our city? What do you like least?
The best thing about Atlanta is the food scene and many opportunities in the entertainment industry. I love everything about Atlanta. The people are great nothing to dislike.
