Today we’d like to introduce you to Dr. Alon “Doc” Holliday.

Hi Dr. Alon “Doc”, so excited to have you on the platform. So before we get into questions about your work-life, maybe you can bring our readers up to speed on your story and how you got to where you are today?
I created Magnanimous in 2018 with the mindset that it would be a platform for artists and creatives to develop their artistic skills as well as the company providing distribution, marketing, and business development to music creatives and entrepreneur’s. Fast forward to 2026, the team and goals have shifted to the mission, ” Our life’s work must out live our life expectancy” So we now have the same goals but our projects and focus is on legacy building within the creative space.

Alright, so let’s dig a little deeper into the story – has it been an easy path overall and if not, what were the challenges you’ve had to overcome?
The hardest part in growing your company is understanding what “Not Yet” means. It takes an extreme amount of resilience in this world to run a successful business but making the hard decision’s and failing are part of the growth. The answer to your question is that, it hasn’t been a smooth road. But, I wouldn’t have changed the course if the destination would change. I like where Magnanimous is today. I did a Pan African (African Kulture) open forum discussion on taking your idea from inception to application and I was asked, how do you know who to partner with in business? I feel this is a perfect segue way into the question what struggles did I encounter along the way. Picking the right team is key! The struggle is finding the right ingredients to create a successful business and its not overnight. It takes trial and error and you will see the same work and dedication in there work for your mission that you contribute. But when it clicks its incredible and rewarding.

What you should know is 2026 has been nothing short but Magnanimous! What we do is Film, Music, Platform creation, Distribution, NIL business education for athletes, and most importantly help creatives become entrepreneur’s! What I am most proud is the work we are beginning to do in Africa and Japan. From Festivals and impacting the region economically to introducing opportunities in animation, it’s going to be amazing!

What sets us apart, is no one does what we do at the high level we do it.
From inception to application we provide programs and skills to individuals that leave a lasting effect on local economy that demonstrates business driven successful outcomes.

What matters most to you?
What matters most is legacy driven outcomes. Providing opportunity and skill sets that help the next pioneer come after me is what matters the most. Long after I am gone I want what we do here at Magnanimous to leave a lasting footprint in the fabric of our world in the best possible way. I feel we are on our way to doing that! And its amazing!
