Hi Keedar, thanks for sharing your story with us. To start, maybe you can tell our readers some of your backstory.
We were moving back to Atlanta from Los Angeles and I needed direction. Having not worked in a specific role in over 20 years, I had no idea what I was going to do. I am connected to the education industry and listening closely I recognized a need. Childcare facilities NEEDED reliable workers and there was no shared, common way of satisfying that demand. Insert Educators NOW! where we NOW! staff QUALITY educators at childcare facilities, grade schools, afterschool and all school break programs. We are blessed to serve in this capacity to over 200 partners between GA, TN and IN.
We all face challenges, but looking back would you describe it as a relatively smooth road?
HA! Smooth road? You don’t know what you don’t know. You learn in various ways AND sometimes the best way is experience. 1. Save Money 2. Operate Lean 3. Become a Tech Company 4. Save Money and 5. Document Your Process!
I have failed at all of these and learned!
Great, so let’s talk business. Can you tell our readers more about what you do and what you think sets you apart from others?
We staff QUALITY educators at childcare facilities, grade schools, afterschool and school break programs on a temporary, longterm or permanent basis. We use a specialized recruiting process that matches the RIGHT educator to the RIGHT school. We call this approach our 80/20 Right Fit model. We believe in service. We achieve this high level partnership by assigning a Zone Manager for every school partner. This Zone Manager is responsible for ensuring the school’s staffing needs are met.
Where do you see things going in the next 5-10 years?
More microschools, as well as homeschool options, and an increase in remote learning.
