Today we’d like to introduce you to Kelly Andrews

Hi Kelly , thanks for joining us today. We’d love for you to start by introducing yourself.
My name is Kelly Andrews also known as Kell Doll newly relocated to Georgia from Florida. I am highly ambitious, educated & a serial entrepreneur. I have had careers ranging from teaching, law, hairstylist, MUA & a couple more businesses under my belt. I currently hold a Masters degree in Business management & currently enrolled in my doctoral program. Yet, I still feel the need to accomplish more. Which is why I created the businesses that I have: Kell Doll Stylez/barbs, Paradise printing productions, Kylee Sarai Kreations & Rich King Productions.

I also have experience in the entertainment world, producing & directing my own reality show called South Florida Baddies 772, which is currently in production. I have done modeling for music video shoots, promoted & thrown events. My newest baby is being the host of let’s talk about it podcast with my partner Akyea J. You can consider me to be a jack of all trades.

Above ALL my driving force, my inspiration & my hard work behind it all stems from being a mom to my 3 beautiful children. If Im not working, I love being home with my children, taking them on outings & having movie nights, or just do nothing at all as long as they are with her.

We all face challenges, but looking back would you describe it as a relatively smooth road?
No, it has not been a smooth road at all, I have had some struggles along the way such as failures, not being in the position to accept certain opportunities when they came forth. Which caused me to miss blessing’s & opportunities that was pertinent to my growth/success. I have felt unmotivated at times & had to find the strength to keep going. Being an entrepreneur is not easy or for the weak, you have good weeks & you have bad weeks & you have to stay encouraged during the bad weeks so you don’t give up. Then you have the outside world constantly throwing negativity at you. Which can sometimes affect my mental.

Thanks for sharing that. So, maybe next you can tell us a bit more about your business?
One of my businesses stems from my passion for fashion, or just looking good because I believe that no matter how bad of a day you may have, once you dress yourself up you’ll start feeling a little better. So I started my online Boutique called Kell Doll Stylez. Then I ventured into becoming a hairstylist & a MUA. I have been in the business now for the past 2 years. I am in the process of revamping my online store, I want to bring the latest fashion & trends for all, at a reasonable costs. I do currently do hair where I specialize in wig installs, quick weaves & I sell wigs. I am also a makeup artist. I recently relocated to Georgia so I am traveling to my clients while I find my new place of business.. My goal is to create a store, as a one stop shop. Hair, makeup, boutique, nails & even to add a barber (hopefully women barbers). I want to create a space where women can come to my place and get any service they desire.

What sets me apart is my hustle, my ambition & the fact that I can stay grounded while being so goal oriented. My humbleness & my genuine appreciation to my supporters is very important to me. With me, you’ll get an experience. I’ve been my clients counselors while they’re in my chair, I’ve had to be an advisor & sometimes a shoulder to lean on while they cry due to personal issues. Those moments make me proud of what I do. I want someone to feel good when they leave from my presence & not only look good. I’ve had clients thank me for just listening to them and allowing them to cry. We all need someone we can lean on and sometimes it’s the person you least expect it to be.

I want anyone to know that’s reading this that booking with me, is more than receiving a service, it’ll be an experience that you’ll love. As I grow, the experience will become even better. My services are reasonable because I want everyone to be able to afford the experience with me when coming for a service.

So maybe we end on discussing what matters most to you and why?
What matters most to me are my children, my family & true friends, but my character & how I treat others are also high up on my list. My children because obviously I am nothing without them, they ARE MY WORLD, everything I do is for THEM. They motivate me to keep going when I need the strength. My family & friends because I want to be in a position to where I can help them when they need me. My character & how I treat people because I believe that what you put out in the world, is what you’ll recieve. I try to treat everyone how I’d want to be treated! I believe in doing right by people because that’s my expectations, not just for myself, but also for my children & if it’s not reciprocated, move on without the chaos!
