Today we’d like to introduce you to China Monai.

Hi China, we’d love for you to start by introducing yourself.
I been had a passion for entertainment since a little girl I started off writing first in high school and actually taught myself how to sing my first time in a studio was in Tampa Florida with my uncle Morrell at street team entertainment my sister and I started a group China and nene but it didn’t go as far things got in the way of our career so I had stopped and picked it back up. In 2014 In Albany Georgia but as of now I have perfected my craft and elevated to the next level as a signed independent artist with ugly money entertainment all of this happened at the end of March for me in 2020.

I started my first ysl tour during convid19 and currently on my second one with bread gang. I have made a name for myself in a short period of time without releasing a record I have an upcoming female artist who is major Pap Chanel on my record, Jetski, without dropping it. My followers went from 600 to 27k, within four months. I’m getting paid shows and features. I became China monai aka Big China in a short period of time. It’s a major blessing to have a team which is my family to believe in me the way they do. Big shout out to my manager as well for coming into my life and changing it and I’m willing to do the same for UGLY MONEY ENT WHICH WILL HAPPEN LESS THAN four months we are now!

We all face challenges, but looking back would you describe it as a relatively smooth road?
This process is not easy it comes with a lot of blood, sweat and tears because when you change into something great certain people not going to adjust to it you mentally have to prepare yourself for this entertainment world it’s a whole mother world itself you have to keep God and First throughout your journey!

Thanks for sharing that. So, maybe next you can tell us a bit more about your work?
I am a recording artist, a singer who can also rap a songwriter. I love collaborating with other artists, producers, engineers, etc. I’m more proud of myself because I believe in myself I know I will go far in my career and I put the bag on me! What sets me apart is my work ethic and personality I work hard in a humble way. I love everyone, and I don’t compete I am my own competition.

Where do you see things going in the next 5-10 years?
I see the music industry changing drastically because it’s something always created or adding to the game every day as it should to keep our music alive. I see more things going digital, more female artist coming up in the game. Its our time to get the credit and respect from our craft.
