This location is where she takes all facial and makeup clients. She also travels to all locations on the east coast, west coast and internationally for bridal and huge events. All her passion for makeup and skin has paid off and now she is a full time entrepreneur and business owner of, Gréi.

Would you say it’s been a smooth road, and if not what are some of the biggest challenges you’ve faced along the way?
Anything you want in life you have to always push forward no matter what obstacles may come. You have to step out on faith, put in the time, the money and the passion to get results. There have been companies in the past that told me no on my journey but I didn’t let that stop me. I’ve always remained passionate, determined and consistent no matter what. Unfortunately losing my mom three years ago made me put life into perspective at such a difficult and depressing time in my life. But it made me go even harder for what I wanted and to make her proud. Everything I do is for her!

Can you tell our readers more about what you do and what you think sets you apart from others?
I’m a makeup artist that specializes in bridal, print and event makeup. I also am a black esthetician focusing on all skin types and skin tones. I’m known for my clean makeup, glowy skin and fluffy brows. The difference between me and others is my makeup is timeless and not trendy. I am a beauty makeup artist so that’s what I focus on. Whether it’s buttery skin, glowy cheeks or blown out shadow and sculpted brows. Trends fade but timeless beauty last forever.

Is there anyone you’d like to thank or give credit to?
My mom was my biggest cheerleader! She motivated me in ways I can’t explain and told me to never give up. Even when things get hard stay focused. She was my rock and her and my aunt always kept God in my life and told me how important it is to always have a good relationship with him. Because without him none of this would be possible. Another huge supporter would be my Aunt who is my moms sister. Them together were a power couple. Seeing them both finish college and get behind their masters was amazing to watch. They are both positive role models for me. Telling your family member you love them constantly and they can do anything they set their mind to not only builds up the persons mental state but provides a great foundation for their future. My best friend of 10 plus years is one of my biggest supporters no matter if I’m down or up she always has my back and best interest at heart. She keeps it real and that’s what everyone needs in their corner. Without a reality check you might get lost in this beauty world. She is always there when I need her and I know no matter what I do in life she is always proud of me and is pushing me to be better myself and to become the best version of me. All of my clients are extremely supportive without them I couldn’t do what I love and I’m forever grateful to them.
