Meet Corian Gardenhire of Marquis Garden Media

Today we’d like to introduce you to Corian Gardenhire.

Corian, let’s start with your story. We’d love to hear how you got started and how the journey has been so far.
I started Marquis Garden in 2015 going around Atlanta with my iPhone making 15 second videos before Instagram got the option for 1 min I would be at every party and every event in Atlanta kicking out videos on the spot. I knew a lot of popular people so I would just Link with my friends and make them look good and as that went on for a few months someone hit my car and I got a camera with insurance money and I locked in 2016 and started shooting quality 15 second videos.

My buzz grew in the city and my brand started to become popular. Anytime I shot someone I would make them say “You Rocking With The Garden” and with me shooting every event and everyone in the city it grew rapidly and I was actually producing good content. As the years went on, I got better and eventually ended up making some people famous and shooting for some famous people in the industry and I had a lot of my work has going viral. I could say more but I worked three years none stop so it’s just too much but that about sums it up.

Has it been a smooth road?
No, my road was not smooth and that’s what people don’t understand everybody has a struggle being an entrepreneur I was working between 2-3 jobs when I first started doing videos I was afraid to quit cause I did not know where I was going to get money. I had a secure job making good money but to be great at anything you have to take a leap of faith and that’s what I did sometimes I would be broke or have to make money stretch or I would have to give discounts and do more videos than you can imagine just to make ends meet.

So let’s switch gears a bit and go into the Marquis Garden Media story. Tell us more about the business.
My company is Marquis Garden Media I provide awesome visual content I specialize in visual marketing and brand building. I’m known for my work in both fields of photography and videography and I’m proud to say I’ve closed and actually started a company with my best friends and we now film and market for corporate companies, and what sets me apart from others is that I’m creative I’m hard working I’m talented and I’m genuine.

How do you think the industry will change over the next decade?
I see media becoming a billion dollar industry in the next few years.
