Meet Juliana De Jesus and Dr. Lorena Jesus of Reach Chiropractic in Cobb County

Today we’d like to introduce you to Juliana De Jesus and Dr. Lorena Jesus.

The doctors at Reach Chiropractic are Dr. Lorena and Juliana. They are originally from Brazil. They moved to the United States when Juliana was 8, and Dr. Lorena was 10. In high school, Dr. Lorena was amazed by the spine and how the Nervous System works. She decided to pursue a Chiropractic degree at Life University. Her little sister, Juliana, followed suit. Their dream was to open an office so they could serve their community together. Since they love the city of Kennesaw, they decided to stay here and build that dream right here. We are a family based practice here at Reach, and we welcome you to be part of this family.

Has it been a smooth road?
For the most part, it has been smooth and empowering. There were times we had to overcome diversities, such as being young female entrepreneurs and learning each other’s strengths. We knew ahead of time the transition from student to doctor to business owner can be challenging, so we prepared ahead of time. We found mentors that have had similar experiences in the past.

We’d love to hear more about your business.
We are a family based referral state of the art chiropractic facility. We specialize in pediatric care, including pregnant mothers, children, and infants. We use the most advanced technologies to assess your nervous system in order find the root causes of health conditions.

Two things set apart from other health care facilities. First, we use one of the most advanced chiropractic techniques: Torque Release Technique. We provide a specific and gentle chiropractic adjustment without twisting and popping.

The second is we are principled chiropractors, which means we focus on your nervous system and how it is functioning. We concentrate on the body as a whole system rather than simply aches and pains. Our goal is to encourage people to walk in authority over their health in order to achieve their health goals.

Is our city a good place to do what you do?
We love the city of Atlanta. There is a growing number of opportunities and diversity for businesses. Also, it is growing rapidly, and that is exciting. Our one advice for anyone moving here is to be ready for the traffic! Also, take time exploring the city. There are many new amazing restaurants, arts, and exciting activities.
