Meet James Daniel of Global Quality Management Solutions

Today we’d like to introduce you to James Daniel.

James, can you briefly walk us through your story – how you started and how you got to where you are today.
I had been working for companies for over 25 years in executive management roles. My responsibilities including supporting companies in problem solving in all arenas within the organizations I worked for. Supported human resources, production, engineering, logistics, safety, sales, accounting, supplier development and driving high level support for the OEM customer base.

In 2012, I was laid off after a long career with an exceptional company. Instead of getting down on myself I looked deep inside me and thought about my family and how would I provide for them when them. At this moment, I reflected back to my late father and the values he instilled in me in order that I could always find a solution to any challenges that may arise within this ever changing world we live in today.

The things I reflected back on that my late father taught me were:

His demonstrated personal balance by carrying his refuse-to-lose approach through his love for life.

My primary influencer is my late father who taught there is nothing discipline cannot accomplish; nothing an individual can do better than a well led team; high expectations are essential to drive great results; continuous education and variety of experience are essential for motivation, innovation, and leadership; candor is the most important element of business communication, and it is essential to understand why things work the way they do.

After this recollection within 1 Week Global Quality Management Solutions was born with all the Values my Late Father Instilled within me. to this day these are the core values and ethics that Drive Global Quality Management Solutions on our journey to supporting our customer base no matter the challenges our customers may face in the day to day operations.

James D Daniel II is currently the CEO of GQMS with over 25 years’ experience in business management, quality management, operations, supply chain, logistics, recruiting and safety management throughout all facets of business.

Daily operations typically consist of working with small business owners, mid-size business owners, corporate CEO’s, VP’s, Directors of Human Resource, VP’s of Sales, VP’s of Operations, Director of Operations, Plant Managers, Engineering Managers, Product Management Managers, Commodity Managers and Logistics Managers.

James D Daniel II has worked with and for major corporations located in U.S.A., Germany, France, China, Canada and Japan.

We’re always bombarded by how great it is to pursue your passion, etc. – but we’ve spoken with enough people to know that it’s not always easy. Overall, would you say things have been easy for you?
The road to building a business with just a concept presents tremendous challenges and a strong will to see your business dream come to fruition.

I can say there is NO Quick way to being a successful business it requires unlimited hours of hard and dedication to see your dream come to fruition.

You must believe in your dream and never take no for an answer and continue to work hard and find solutions to see your dream take hold in the business world especially when you represent your company from start up as a global company offering global solutions to business challenges faced in this ever dynamic market that is constantly changing at the speed of light.

Biggest challenges and struggles as the CEO I faced were financial, marketing and building a brand name that companies recognize as a reputable company.

In order to address financial and marketing challenges I continued to work the daily grind for corporations while also dedicating endless hours of work in the evenings in order to market and start building a brand name for my company Global Quality Management Solutions.

Throughout all these struggles you must still find time to give back to community in some form or fashion. I am a firm believer that it is through giving that you shall receive back what you put in to the local community.

Throughout all these challenges over the course of 4 years and leading in to 2017 Global Quality Management Solutions had generated zero income but there is a light at the end of the tunnel and why you can never give up own your dream and take no for answer even when those closest to you feel it is a lost cause and a waste of hard earned income.

Going in to 2017 and all the challenges GQMS faced over the course of 4 years and going in to 2017 I am pleased to announce Global Quality Management Solutions represents 3 India manufacturing companies with more signing own with Global Quality Management Solutions on a weekly basis in order to support major OEM’s in the Atlanta Metropolitan area and the US market place. We are now recruiting for major OEM’s in the US market place. We have partnered with a career college to help place students in the work force as they come out of college. In the process of bringing a new product online to help major cities transform to a truly green space that brings beauty and elegance together as one.

Jimmy Valvano said it best at his ESPY’s speech before dying of cancer. And I recommend everyone live by these words if you wish to be successful in business, your job and life.

It’s so important to know where you are. I know where I am right now. How do you go from where you are to where you want to be? I think you have to have an enthusiasm for life. You have to have a dream, a goal. You have to be willing to work for it.

Too much of green space has been lost to concrete and what better way to bring green space back where applicable in order to support the climate and reduce all the C02 going in to the atmosphere.

Plants are a natural filter of all the containments that we generate due to an aspect known as by-waste.
