Meet Lisandra Torres

Today we’d like to introduce you to Lisandra Torres.

Lisandra, can you briefly walk us through your story – how you started and how you got to where you are today.
I’ve always wanted to share bits of my life with others, I think it might have started back in 2010 when YouTube started growing and you’d see different vloggers and beauty gurus. At the time, I was also following different bloggers. I knew I’d eventually go into that field of doing YouTube or at least blogging, but somehow something always held me back. It wasn’t until I decided to give it a try and ever since, I haven’t looked back. I now share my motherhood, lifestyle, and at times fashion style on my Instagram and YouTube channel.

Overall, has it been relatively smooth? If not, what were some of the struggles along the way?
No, it most definitely has not. There’s been times where I’ve contemplated everything, but at the end of the day I love doing what I do, and sharing my life with others, and getting at least one message from a stranger telling me that I inspire them one way or another is what I love the most, and makes everything worth it.

We’d love to hear more about your work and what you are currently focused on. What else should we know?
I’m a small Instagram influencer. I share snippets of my life with others, and I mainly focus on motherhood, lifestyle, and a bit of fashion. What sets me apart from the others is simply that I’m me. I share my struggles, achievements, my raw motherhood moments. I literally share real and raw moments with my followers, and I feel like that is one of the most important things that I’m being myself.

If you had to go back in time and start over, would you have done anything differently?
No, because I’m a true believer that everything happens for a reason. Every obstacle that I had to go through has led me to where I am now, and for those obstacles I also am who I am and I’m thankful for them.
