Meet Qui Ho of Pho 92 Vietnamese Cuisine in Northwest Georgia

Today we’d like to introduce you to Qui Ho.

Qui, can you briefly walk us through your story – how you started and how you got to where you are today.
Pho 92 is a family owned and operated full-service restaurant specializing in authentic Vietnamese cuisine. It started as an idea 2 years at the dining room table where we lived in Canton, GA. We slowly began drafting a business plan and a menu. When our finances aligned and the timing was right, we began looking for a spot to open the restaurant. We found our current location during a weekly Sunday scouting off of Hwy-92 (thus the name), were able to negotiate a favorable lease agreement, and now have been in operation for 7 months. We are thankful for the continuing support of the Woodstock community and are pushing every day to improve in any way that we can.

Great, so let’s dig a little deeper into the story – has it been an easy path overall and if not, what were the challenges you’ve had to overcome?
[Laughs] It has been anything but a smooth road. As every business owner knows, you’re going to experience all different human emotions. Struggles include financial, continued aligned vision, and physical demands that come with the industry are a few of the obstacles and challenges.

Alright – so let’s talk business. Tell us about Pho 92 Vietnamese Cuisine – what should we know?
Our specialties include our fried egg rolls, fresh spring rolls, pho noodle soup, and rice vermicelli with grilled pork & egg roll dish. We would like to invite the Atlanta community to come try our dishes and compare the quality to those served at the long-standing Pho restaurants off Buford Highway.

Is there a characteristic or quality that you feel is essential to success?
Perseverance.
