Shernette, let’s start with your story. We’d love to hear how you got started and how the journey has been so far.
I started in 2016 as just a means for helping my son’s eczema and over time, I also started helping my peers and family members with their skin problems. A year later, I decided to make a business out of it. I took an all-natural approach because I wanted products that didn’t provide harsh chemical that could harm our bodies,

Has it been a smooth road?
No. The struggles I mainly had occurred in the beginning. When I initially started the business, I had trouble deciding on what exactly I wanted to sell and how I would brand myself. What followed was the extensive research on the materials, how to mix certain elements together, and getting my name and brand out there.

So, as you know, we’re impressed with Kai-Sha’s Organic – tell our readers more, for example what you’re most proud of as a company and what sets you apart from others.
I specialize in all-natural skincare products mainly body butters, body oils, and soaps. I’m proud of the great reception and growth that my business has received, as it has been a driving force in my motivation to strive to be better. My products are unique, natural, and chemical-free.

Let’s touch on your thoughts about our city – what do you like the most and least?
I love it because there are plenty of business opportunities and ventures. What I dislike is how highly competitive it is where I live.
