Today we’d like to introduce you to Dillon Mann.
Hi Dillon, please kick things off for us with an introduction to yourself and your story.
Dillon Mann is a professionally trained actor with over a decade of experience in TV, film, and theatre. Known for his versatility and grounded performances, Dillon has worked both in front of and behind the camera, giving him a unique understanding of the full creative process. He is SAG‑Eligible and has collaborated with major studios including Disney, Nickelodeon, HBO, Blumhouse, and 20th Century Fox. Dillon also owns Talent INC The Studio, where he trains young performers who have gone on to book national commercials, streaming projects, and studio films.
Would you say it’s been a smooth road, and if not what are some of the biggest challenges you’ve faced along the way?
I’m an actor who’s learned how to roll with the punches — and the punches have definitely come. Between COVID shutting everything down, the writers’ strike freezing the industry, and moving my business three different times, I’ve had every reason to quit. But I didn’t. I kept showing up, kept creating, and kept building the career and studio I believe in.
I’ve spent over thirteen years working in TV, film, and theatre, both in front of the camera and behind it. That mix has shaped the way I perform — grounded, honest, and always chasing the truth of a moment. When I’m not acting, I’m teaching at Talent INC The Studio, where I get to help young performers grow into artists who book with Disney, Nickelodeon, HBO, Blumhouse, 20th Century Fox, NASCAR, and more.
Every setback has pushed me to level up. Every move, every shutdown, every restart has made me sharper, more adaptable, and more committed to storytelling. I’m still here, still creating, and still doing what I love — and honestly, I’m just getting started.
Alright, so let’s switch gears a bit and talk business. What should we know about your work?
I’m an actor and acting coach with over thirteen years of experience in TV, film, and theatre. I specialize in helping performers tap into honest, grounded storytelling — the kind that feels lived‑in, not performed. On the acting side, I’ve worked both in front of and behind the camera, which gives me a full understanding of how a scene comes together and how to bring out the strongest performance.
I’m most proud of the fact that I never stopped — even when it would’ve been easy to. COVID shut down the industry. The writers’ strike froze everything again. I moved my business three times in the middle of all that chaos. But I kept going. I kept teaching, kept creating, kept building something meaningful for myself and for my students.
I’m proud that my studio has become a place where kids feel seen, supported, and capable of doing big things. Watching them book roles, grow in confidence, and discover their voice is one of the most rewarding parts of my career.
What sets me apart is that I’ve lived every angle of this industry — the highs, the setbacks, the auditions that go nowhere, the moments that change everything. I bring that real‑world experience into my acting and into my teaching. I don’t just coach technique; I coach mindset, professionalism, and resilience.
I’m also deeply invested in creating a safe, encouraging environment for young performers. I don’t believe in “factory‑style” training. I believe in individualized attention, honest feedback, and helping each student find what makes them unique. My goal isn’t to create cookie‑cutter actors — it’s to help each person become the strongest version of themselves.
Alright so before we go can you talk to us a bit about how people can work with you, collaborate with you or support you?
People can work with me in a few different ways, depending on whether they’re looking to train, create, or collaborate.
If you’re an actor (or the parent of one), you can train with me at Talent INC The Studio. I offer classes focused on real, grounded acting for TV, film, and theatre — not cookie‑cutter training. I work closely with each student to help them grow, build confidence, and understand the industry in a safe, professional way. Whether you’re brand new or already booking, there’s a place for you.
If you’re a filmmaker, writer, or creative looking to collaborate, I’m always open to new projects. I love working with people who care about storytelling and want to create something meaningful, fun, or completely unexpected. I bring both on‑camera experience and behind‑the‑scenes knowledge, so I’m comfortable jumping into a role or helping shape the performance side of a project.
And if you simply want to support what I do, the best way is by sharing my studio with families who might benefit from it, cheering on the work my students are doing, or connecting me with creatives who are looking for actors or coaches. Every introduction, every share, every bit of encouragement helps keep this community growing.
I’ve built everything I have through resilience, passion, and the people who believed in me — so any form of support, big or small, truly means a lot.
