From a young age, my passion for real estate was shaped by my experiences as the child of a military service member. Constantly relocating, I witnessed my parents purchase and manage multiple homes, including converting one into a rental property. These formative experiences ignited my love for real estate and laid the groundwork for my future career.

In 2010, I began my professional journey as a realtor in New York, where I honed my skills and deepened my understanding of the real estate market. In 2018, I relocated to Atlanta and embarked on my own homeownership journey. This personal experience, filled with both triumphs and challenges, inspired me to extend my knowledge and support to others seeking their dream homes.

Motivated by a desire to help others achieve homeownership, I transitioned into the role of a mortgage loan officer. In this capacity, I am dedicated to guiding clients through the complexities of securing financing, ensuring they can realize their homeownership dreams with confidence.

Can you talk to us a bit about the challenges and lessons you’ve learned along the way. Looking back would you say it’s been easy or smooth in retrospect?
One of the most significant challenges I face as a mortgage loan officer is the need to continuously learn and adapt alongside my clients. Each mortgage deal is unique, presenting its own set of complexities and requirements. This means that I must stay vigilant and proactive, constantly going to bat for my clients to ensure that every detail is addressed and the deal is successfully closed.

Additionally, I encounter a wide range of personalities and expectations throughout the process. From clients to lenders and other stakeholders, navigating these diverse interactions requires strong communication and negotiation skills. My role is crucial because the transaction cannot proceed—and no one gets compensated—until the deal is financed.

These challenges have honed my ability to remain resilient, adaptable, and client-focused. By leveraging these skills, I strive to provide exceptional service and help my clients achieve their homeownership goals despite the obstacles that may arise.

As a mortgage loan officer, my specialty lies in turning my borrowers’ dreams into reality. I am renowned for my relentless determination, fighting tooth and nail for every deal and never accepting “no” as an answer. My commitment to securing favorable outcomes for my clients is a cornerstone of my professional ethos.

I take immense pride in my dedication and resilience, qualities that have defined my career. Balancing the demands of being a wife and mother alongside my professional responsibilities has been a significant achievement. This balance not only fuels my passion for helping others but also exemplifies my ability to manage multiple priorities with perseverance and grace.

Collaboration is key to my approach. I work closely with realtors, maintaining open and accessible communication by phone to ensure a seamless process for our clients. My strong network and the support of referrals underscore the trust and confidence that others have in my work, further enabling me to deliver exceptional service and achieve successful outcomes for all involved.

In addition to my mortgage work, I have leveraged my own real estate investments to venture into short-term rentals. This journey led me to establish Luxe Host Solutions (luxehostsolutions.com), an Airbnb management company. Through Luxe Host Solutions, I oversee and optimize short-term rental properties, combining my real estate knowledge with innovative management strategies to provide exceptional experiences for guests and owners alike.
