Rising Stars: Meet Nick Celeste of Atlanta

Today we’d like to introduce you to Nick Celeste.

Hi Nick, we’re thrilled to have a chance to learn your story today. So, before we get into specifics, maybe you can briefly walk us through how you got to where you are today?
I was born and raised in Cleveland, Ohio, in a family that owned and operated multiple dance studios. Growing up in that environment gave me firsthand exposure to what it takes to run a successful local business—from marketing and customer experience to day-to-day operations.

Professionally, I spent the last decade working in finance, where I partnered with franchisors and franchisees across the fitness and restaurant industries. Throughout my career, fitness has always been one of my biggest passions, and I’ve been looking for the right opportunity to combine my financial background with that passion.

After meeting the JETSET team and incorporating the workout into my weekly routine, I realized I had found the right fit. The brand delivers a luxury experience while still feeling approachable, and the workout itself is both effective and motivating. That combination inspired me to become a franchisee and bring JETSET to Buckhead.

Alright, so let’s dig a little deeper into the story – has it been an easy path overall and if not, what were the challenges you’ve had to overcome?
My search process has taken me in many different directions, as I explored both franchise opportunities and independently owned fitness concepts. Everything really came together when I met my wife, Neo, who has been a personal trainer in Buckhead for many years. The combination of our backgrounds gave me the confidence to finally take the leap.

My experience in finance and operational management pairs naturally with her customer-first mindset and deep understanding of the fitness community. Together, that shared vision is what brought this opportunity to life.

Thanks – so what else should our readers know about your work and what you’re currently focused on?
Reaching this point in my life is one of my proudest accomplishments. I was fortunate to earn a full scholarship to college, and while in school, I lived at home to save as much as possible and stay focused on building my future. After graduating, I worked my way into an analyst role in investment banking, where I steadily progressed through the ranks and eventually became one of the youngest senior bankers at the firm.

Throughout my career, I advised business owners across the fitness and restaurant industries, helping them grow and scale their companies. Working alongside so many entrepreneurs only strengthened my desire to eventually build something of my own.

Taking the leap into business ownership has been one of the most challenging, rewarding, and motivating experiences of my life. Neo and I are committed to building more than just a Pilates studio — we’re building a community and a family. We’ve hosted complimentary weekly mat Pilates events for the local community, partnered with neighboring businesses to support and promote one another, and built a team that we’re incredibly proud of. Seeing everything come together through hard work, persistence, and shared vision is what makes this journey so meaningful to us.

What quality or characteristic do you feel is most important to your success?
Delayed gratification and consistency! I grew up in a family that simply worked their butts off – everything was earned, nothing given. I believe that consistency in work product and ethic is what delivers the majority of success in a lot of life. Having that quality, I’m able to work each day, checking off the list and continuing to dig through the process to one day bring the vision to life.
