Alright, so thank you so much for sharing your story and insight with our readers. To kick things off, can you tell us a bit about how you got started?
I never thought of the idea of owning my own business until a tragic event that occurred in my life. On April 15, 2017 my life changed forever and my new story begins. I was shot during an event 4 days before my 17th birthday which resulted in me being in a wheelchair temporarily. I could have got depressed and gave up but I continued to thrive in school with honors.
During my healing process, I loved getting my lashes done but was not able to due to my situation. My mother stepped in and started doing my lashes and she taught me how to do them. I eventually started doing hers and her friends. I got excited posted it on social media, requests started coming in rapidly, I eventually went to esthetician school graduated as valedictorian and got my license. I began to expand to doing facials, waxes, lashes, selling my own personal products, etc. I am now 22 years old with my own private salon suite and recently celebrated my 5-year business anniversary. You are in control of your own story, you are the narrator, events might occur out of your control, but you ultimately decide your fate and do not allow it to break you. You are the captain of your destiny.
I’m sure you wouldn’t say it’s been obstacle free, but so far would you say the journey have been a fairly smooth road?
For the most part, this has been a smooth journey for me. This is truly my passion, I keep strong faith and pray over my business daily, you definitely have to put in hard work and long work hours.

I am a licensed esthetician. I specialize in Eyelashes, facials, and body waxing. I am most known for my Great customer service, nice, clean, and friendly environment. What sets me apart from others are it was never all about the money for me this is truly my passion, in the start of my journey I offered free services to any and everyone, I love making a woman feel beautiful. Brand wise the satisfaction of my clients makes me proud. I offer the highest quality services and handmade skincare products.
Can you talk to us a bit about the role of luck?
Since the start of my journey, I’ve always felt like I had good luck with life and my business. Being 17 starting a business and having a great support system from the start. I still have a great support system and great clients. I try not to view anything as bad luck because I always know great things are coming.
