Alright, so let’s dig a little deeper into the story – has it been an easy path overall and if not, what were the challenges you’ve had to overcome?
The road has not been easy as a full-time federal employee, single mother, and realtor, but the key is time management, organization, and communication. Your clients will always understand that you are human and that sometimes there may be an emergency. Plans and processes have helped a great deal in preventative measures because I do believe if I can’t someone else will. I started my team to be able to have assistance in case I was unable to handle an obstacle my business could still operate as normal.

Appreciate you sharing that. What else should we know about what you do?
Real estate agent, financial literacy specialist, and notary.

I am able to assist clients prepare for homeownership if they are not quite ready by assisting with action plans to prepare them. Real estate is a high-demand industry and you have to understand someone who is not ready right now may be ready in two years. Chasing the dollar will lead to failure; you have to be willing to hold the client’s hand sometimes. Everyone’s situation is different and some are tougher than others

Do you have recommendations for books, apps, blogs, etc?
Social media is huge for me. Marketing and promotion keep me relevant.
