That I needed to “be perfect” and “showing no emotions”. But as an adult I have learned that
* **Perfection isn’t real** — it’s a moving target that keeps you stuck and exhausted.
* **Emotions aren’t weakness** — they’re human, and they help you connect deeply with others.
* **Authenticity is more magnetic than
flawlessness** — people trust you more when you’re real,
What did suffering teach you that success never could?
I have battled anxiety and depression all my life. And thru therapy and working thru life challenges. The anxiety has actually been my superpower. It tells me when I need to take care of me and slow down. It has made me more compassionate for others. I dont take things so seriously now. In other words I don’t sweat the small stuff

That I am a people pleaser and I am a perfectionist. My clients are very important to me. And I give 100% to my work. So I always want my clients happy.
