We’re looking forward to introducing you to Loi Caleis. Check out our conversation below.
Hi Loi Caleis, thank you for taking the time to reflect back on your journey with us. I think our readers are in for a real treat. There is so much we can all learn from each other and so thank you again for opening up with us. Let’s get into it: What is something outside of work that is bringing you joy lately?
Lately, I’ve been finding joy in creating content and traveling. It’s not just about posting pretty pictures or videos, it’s about capturing moments, telling a story, and sharing experiences that inspire people to go after the life they want. Traveling, even locally, gives me a fresh perspective and fuels my creativity in ways that directly impact my personal growth. It’s been a reminder to stay present, enjoy the journey, and find beauty in both the big and small moments.
Can you briefly introduce yourself and share what makes you or your brand unique?
My name is Loi Caleis, and I’m an author, entrepreneur, and content creator passionate about helping people transform their lives through self-growth, mindset shifts, and intentional living. I’ve written multiple eBooks that cover everything from self-love and healing to manifestation and digital entrepreneurship. Each book is inspired by my own journey, the challenges I’ve faced, the lessons I’ve learned, and the steps I’ve taken to level up my life.
What makes my work unique is that it’s relatable and actionable. I don’t just share ideas; I give readers practical steps they can apply right away. Whether it’s “Love Yourself First,” “No F3,” or “Manifest Your Reality,” my goal is always to empower others to take control of their narrative and build the life they truly want. Right now, I’m focused on expanding the reach of my books and creating more digital resources that inspire growth for people at any stage of their journey.
Appreciate your sharing that. Let’s talk about your life, growing up and some of topics and learnings around that. What breaks the bonds between people—and what restores them?
I believe the biggest things that break bonds between people are a lack of communication, unmet expectations, and unaddressed hurt. When we stop talking openly or when we assume instead of seeking clarity, it creates space for misunderstanding and distance.
Restoring those bonds takes intentional effort. It requires honest conversations, active listening, and a willingness to acknowledge where things went wrong without letting pride get in the way. I’ve learned that accountability and empathy are powerful tools for rebuilding trust. Sometimes the bond comes back even stronger, and sometimes restoration means finding peace and letting go. Both outcomes are valid and can lead to personal growth.
If you could say one kind thing to your younger self, what would it be?
My younger self would love who I am today and who I’m still becoming. She’d say, ‘I’m proud of you. You kept going when it would’ve been easier to give up. You protected your peace, chose yourself, and turned your lessons into something that could help other people. I always knew you had it in you, but seeing you live it… that’s everything.
I think our readers would appreciate hearing more about your values and what you think matters in life and career, etc. So our next question is along those lines. Is the public version of you the real you?
Yes, the public version of me is the real me, but it’s the curated version. What I share publicly reflects who I am, what I believe in, and the values I stand on. I’m transparent about my journey, but I also protect my peace and privacy. The person you see creating, speaking, and sharing online is the same person my family and friends know, just with certain moments kept for myself. I believe in showing up authentically, but I also believe not everything has to be shared for it to be real.
Okay, so before we go, let’s tackle one more area. Could you give everything your best, even if no one ever praised you for it?
Yes, because I live for God. My purpose isn’t rooted in people’s praise but in fulfilling what I believe He has called me to do. If I know I’m operating in alignment with His will, I give my best regardless of who notices. The reward for me is in knowing I’ve honored my values, stayed true to my calling, and served in a way that makes an impact, even if it’s unseen by others.
