Hi Queen Madam Krissy, thank you for taking the time to reflect back on your journey with us. I think our readers are in for a real treat. There is so much we can all learn from each other and so thank you again for opening up with us. Let’s get into it: What do the first 90 minutes of your day look like?
My day starts pretty early around 4 a.m the first 30 minutes I shower, meditate and read my book of Psalms get dressed for the gym, the next 30 minutes are dedicated to business, checking emails, writing out my tasks for the day reviewing weekly and monthly quotas as well as inventory checks, you know, the “fun” side of business everyone lives to boast about, those last 30 minutes are dedicated to morning reading with my family, then I’m off to morning workouts and a day full of evolving and elevating towards a destiny that’s bound to be a legendary legacy.
Can you briefly introduce yourself and share what makes you or your brand unique?

Thanks for sharing that. Would love to go back in time and hear about how your past might have impacted who you are today. Who saw you clearly before you could see yourself?
Me. Before anyone could see me or tell me who I am, I recognized me. At 9 years of age, I knew I was meticulously
handcrafted by the highest. My parents always instilled morals along with proper structure in which even to this day, I am most grateful for. While utilizing those unique attributes that were bestowed upon me, I acquired the gift of accountability and self-awareness which has allowed me to conquer thru any emotion, obstacle, or transgression that may attempt to interfere as I’m traveling thru this journey towards my legacy. Being self – aware by the age of 14 showed me my destiny couldn’t possibly be revolving in the system created by another individual, so I began working towards financial freedom. I didn’t like hearing the answer no for things I desire, I was aware of what I wanted and I would work hard towards receiving it. No handouts unless I’m offering a handout, was my motto. I’m my biggest critic. Before I can judge or critic anyone else or speak on another’s choice, lifestyle, persona or demeanor, I’ve always overstood that I must first make sure I’m being realistic with myself so I could be real with those around me. One of the hardest things in life to face is yourself and take accountability, so once I learned to master my emotions and take accountability for any action I make, I realized there is nothing that can stop me from thriving and reaching my highest potential and then some…I’m literally trying to put myself in a state of shock with my success, I’m headed towards my God Level.
Was there ever a time you almost gave up?
Almost giving up is too close to give up, I have had plenty of times where my back was against the wall, but every time I lean forward. No matter how many times I got knocked off balance, I would gauge how life would be if I waved a white flag and call truce with every hinderance sent to attempt to sweep me off my path, verses how euphoric this royal life the most high has bestowed upon me once I unlace my Jordans and strap up my heels and steadily show up pokerfaced about my business, my family, and my Life. 2024 was a year where my scale was tilted all over the place. One week life was balance and then for the next month one side may have outweighed the other, but one thing about it I knew I had to heal that weak bone in my body that had me feeling like resting my back on the wall would be a more comforting option. Whenever the obstacles of life would attempt to shatter that delicate bone, I put my lean forward and search for my clarity. I have a family to feed and how can I feed anyone if I can’t feed myself. I love a good plate too… and when you’re in pain your thought process, your clarity, and your emotions are all over the place so I had to keep going and you know Harlem shake thru the pressure. Yes I moaned, groaned and even cried! Hell I still cry, but you got to get thru i mean I’m not the type of doll to settle and decay God was very scrupulous during his creation of the Queen if I must inform you. 2025 rolled in and I began to take everything personal when it pertains to me i got in the gym 10xs harder than before and got my focus back to what the Most high has promised this boss life he has written for out for me keyword, me, and now I’m back to continue collecting everything with my name on it and some more. When you’re ready to give up just pause and reroute but never stop you never know how far you can push yourself if you don’t lean forward towards your destiny. Pray never worry. I identify as an Alchemist I have and will always thrive thru any obstacle reaching for my crown whether its human, physical, or spiritual, it, them, they can never stop what’s destined for me.
Next, maybe we can discuss some of your foundational philosophies and views? What’s a belief or project you’re committed to, no matter how long it takes?
Elevation. I thrive daily to soar to the top of every mountain, breakthrough every barrier, advance every level set to slow me, weigh me or break me down, will never prosper, so everyday I wake up and focus on ways to elevate towards my goals for my business and my family. Whether its Royal Knapps, Knapp Khemistry, 1824 fitness, even my mind spirit, and children, I’m always moving in full throttle accelerating towards the highest of the pinnacle. A stagnant life-style has never been in any glimpse of my dreams, so why would I include it in reality. I’m thriving thru each emotion whether I’m injured, tired, sad, happy, mad, rich, greatness is my destiny and honestly at this point in my life, the only thing that can stop me is a closed casket.
Okay, so before we go, let’s tackle one more area. Could you give everything your best, even if no one ever praised you for it?
Yes and yes! I give everything my best regardless of awards or praise because integrity, resilience, my best is in me not on me. I don’t just speak or create this lifestyle for show or a round of applause, building a legacy calls for elevation from wanting recognition, you cant leave praise as a legacy. I honestly have nothing to prove to anyone other than myself. I’ve never been the type to crave fame, fame is just recognition that people know of you, me I’m more of a notoriety type of individual, I’d rather leave a legacy that speaks volumes for myself and my family, something my family can carry on and actually be proud to carry, rather a buzz that’s just a 5 minute talk of the town. I’m an Alchemist, I have and will continue to thrive thru any obstacle. This journey I’m on is legendary.
