An Inspired Chat with Cliff Bramble of Peachtree Corners

We recently had the chance to connect with Cliff Bramble and have shared our conversation below.

Cliff, we’re thrilled to have you with us today. Before we jump into your intro and the heart of the interview, let’s start with a bit of an ice breaker: Have any recent moments made you laugh or feel proud?
Two moments that have made me laugh and feel proud at the same time is recently my daughter has been planning on relocating to another state. What made me laugh is when she said, “Dad, do you know how expensive it is to live there?” I laughed because she realized the cost of living is an important part of life. I was proud because she repeated to me what I had taught her during her upbringing.

Can you briefly introduce yourself and share what makes you or your brand unique?
I’m Cliff Bramble from the Atlanta area. I own Bramble Realty and Coursini.ai. With my real estate company I focus on commercial properties and restaurants sales. (I’m a prior co-owner of five Atlanta restaurants that included Rathbun’s, Kevin Rathbun Steak, Kroger Bar, KR SteakBar, and Noble Fin.). My AI company is called Coursini and we are an AI mentoring platform for the food and beverage industry and we host AI Agents. We have Real AI Agents for HR, Wine Sommeliers, Beverage experts, Chefs, Architects, Bar Experts, and Business Advisors available 24/7 through their AI agents. My background has been in opening hotels, restaurants, buying real estate, investing in technology companies, and creating small businesses. Something many people do not know about me is that during my teens, I began working on cars, and I still enjoy auto body and mechanics on classic cars. My car expertise is on 1965 and 1966 mustangs. Being taught about mechanics have helped me in carpentry, plumbing, electrical, and painting. I think every kid should be taught these lifelong needed items.

Appreciate your sharing that. Let’s talk about your life, growing up and some of topics and learnings around that. Who taught you the most about work?
My mother and grand mother taught me hard work and starting a business is what will make you successful. I watched my mother go through hard times when I was a kid and she never gave up. She showed all of my brothers and sisters how to survive through hard work and creativity.

Was there ever a time you almost gave up?
As an entrepreneur, the thought of giving up has not been on my mind, but the thought of pivoting has been. There is a struggle within for entrepreneurs and the struggle is a challenging one that creates mind games, talking to yourself, learning, and sleepless nights where your mind won’t stop thinking. You become obsessive and stay focused on your goal. So having a strong mind, and continually thinking you’re doing the right thing is important. So, while I haven’t had the thought of giving up, I have had the thought of thinking “what do I need to do differently” to be successful in the endeavor.

I think our readers would appreciate hearing more about your values and what you think matters in life and career, etc. So our next question is along those lines. What’s a belief or project you’re committed to, no matter how long it takes?
Put your investment in yourself and make it happen. I have worked on many projects that have taken years to materialize. they have started as an idea on a napkin, then moved to a notepad, and then into reality. Some have succeeded, while others have failed. I do know this: If I stop being committed, the business will fail.

Thank you so much for all of your openness so far. Maybe we can close with a future oriented question. What is the story you hope people tell about you when you’re gone?
That I was a great Dad
