DURINGTHETYME , so good to connect and we’re excited to share your story and insights with our audience. There’s a ton to learn from your story, but let’s start with a warm up before we get into the heart of the interview. What is something outside of work that is bringing you joy lately?
My music growth

Can you briefly introduce yourself and share what makes you or your brand unique?
I’m DURINGTHETYME, a singer, songwriter,, beat maker, visionary and guitarist. I have my own brand/ label, called silent howls. Right now I’m working on the video to my newest single “other gods”. I think my perception and outlooks on things makes me unique. I really think of music as art pieces. I’m somewhat a psychology nerd, so I try to tickle the brain as much as I can with my visuals and music.

Thanks for sharing that. Would love to go back in time and hear about how your past might have impacted who you are today. What’s a moment that really shaped how you see the world?
I would say experimenting with certain psychedelic drugs for sure.

Was there ever a time you almost gave up?
Plenty of times I almost gave up, and asked myself what was the point of this if I’m not getting recognized, until I got to the point and asked myself do I actually enjoy music. That’s the determining factor.

Sure, so let’s go deeper into your values and how you think. Is the public version of you the real you?
Absolutely not, the real me is definitely behind closed doors, if I had to be absurdly honest.

Okay, so let’s keep going with one more question that means a lot to us: What is the story you hope people tell about you when you’re gone?
I hope people can actually say I had a beautiful mind and a kind heart as much as it might be misunderstood due to my outlook on life, peace in our time was always the ultimate goal.
