We recently had the chance to connect with Jordiana Chevalier and have shared our conversation below.
Jordiana, a huge thanks to you for investing the time to share your wisdom with those who are seeking it. We think it’s so important for us to share stories with our neighbors, friends and community because knowledge multiples when we share with each other. Let’s jump in: What is a normal day like for you right now?
So, a normal day for me starts pretty early. I’m up around 5 AM, and I go through a morning routine that’s kind of my anchor. I start with breathwork, have a bit of prayer time, and take my dog out for a walk. Sometimes I’ll do a little journaling or a quick workout, and then I’ll just get the house in order, shower, and get ready for the day. I really enjoy that getting-ready time—it’s like a moment to put on some good music and just take care of myself.
Then, during the week, I jump into my nine-to-five in the finance industry, which I actually enjoy. After hours, it’s a mix: sometimes I’m hanging out with friends, sometimes I’m working with my one-on-one clients, or handling things for my business. And on weekends, I’m either traveling, spending time with family or friends, or just chilling out with my dog, Coco, and recharging.
So overall, my days have a rhythm of work, personal time, and a good dose of connection, whether that’s with people I love or just myself.
Can you briefly introduce yourself and share what makes you or your brand unique?
I’m a holistic life coach who weaves together astrology, human design, trauma-informed coaching, and holistic tools like breathwork and somatic practices. My mission is to help people see that there’s more to life than staying stuck in who they’ve been—that healing opens the door to a version of themselves that can truly hold happiness.
I’ve lived this work myself. I’ve walked through divorce, loss, toxic relationships and friendships, depression, and losing my faith. Now, on the other side, I feel deeply connected to myself, to God, and to the people around me. I’ve made peace with my beliefs and live fearlessly and unapologetically in a life I once couldn’t have even imagined—and it keeps expanding.
Through 1:1 coaching and business mentoring, group events, astrology classes, and my Atlanta-based Goddess Circle—a new women’s community launching in October for growth-minded, self-developing women—I create spaces for empowerment, healing, and connection. Whether it’s a private session or a group circle, my goal is always the same: to guide others into the freedom and joy that come from deep self-understanding and transformation.
Okay, so here’s a deep one: What part of you has served its purpose and must now be released?
So honestly, for a long time, I was the one who had to be strong all the time. Being the middle child, I kind of fell into that role of keeping things together for my family, making sure no one had to worry about me. Even when I was going through tough times—like in my marriage or losing friendships—I just kept it all in and made sure I was the one who seemed okay.
But in the last few years, I’ve realized that real strength actually comes from vulnerability. I’ve learned to let people see me when I’m not all put together, to let them in when I’m still figuring things out. It’s actually been so freeing to drop that need to do it all alone and to realize that letting others in is its own kind of strength.
If you could say one kind thing to your younger self, what would it be?
So if I were talking to my younger self, I’d say: “Jordi, you are perfect exactly as you are. You were never too much, you were never annoying, and you were never a bother to anyone. You were just being your joyful self, and sometimes people didn’t know how to handle that kind of light. But trust me, you’re going to thrive. Your joy is going to be contagious, and it’ll help others find their own. Just embrace every part of who you are, and remember that no matter what happens, you’ll overcome it all with that big, beautiful heart of yours
Next, maybe we can discuss some of your foundational philosophies and views? What would your closest friends say really matters to you?
If you asked my closest friends what really matters to me, they’d probably say it’s my commitment to growing as a person. They know I’m always aligning my life around becoming a better version of myself every day. They could definitely tell you about the changes I’ve made—like losing over 60 pounds and still going, getting my nervous system more regulated than it’s ever been, and starting fresh in a new city. They’d also say that I’ve worked on healing my relationship with my family, moving through the heartbreak of my divorce, and believing in love again.
Honestly, I’m living my best years right now, and I feel more free than I ever have because I keep investing in myself and doing the inner work. They’d say that’s what really matters to me: just growing and getting better every single day.
Before we go, we’d love to hear your thoughts on some longer-run, legacy type questions. What is the story you hope people tell about you when you’re gone?
I hope that when I’m gone, people will tell the story of someone who made their lives lighter and freer. That something about who I was—whether it was a conversation we had, a workshop we shared, or simply the way I lived—sparked a shift inside them. Maybe it helped them release fear, heal an old wound, or believe for the first time that their life could be different.
I want them to remember me as a woman who embodied change—who proved that no matter where you start or how heavy the past feels, you can grow into a life of joy and purpose. That my courage to heal and live unapologetically inspired them to do the same.
More than anything, I hope they carry forward the conviction that they can change their own lives and touch the lives of others, creating a ripple effect of healing and empowerment that goes far beyond anything I could see.
