Today we’d like to introduce you to Greg Dolezal.
Greg, can you briefly walk us through your story – how you started and how you got to where you are today.
Renewed Vision began over a decade ago with a vision to enhance worship experiences through technology. At the time, churches were transitioning to screens and projectors from hymnals and the modern worship movement was making its way into mega-churches.
We created a best in class software product for song lyric presentation. Since then, our work has branched well outside of the church and our clients include The Atlanta Hawks, United States Congress, Children’s Healthcare of Atlanta, and The Smithsonian.
Has it been a smooth road?
Technology is constantly changing and the sophistication and needs of our clients have drastically increased. Our technical support staff today is larger than our entire company was 10 years ago. We began as a Mac-only company and made the transition to being cross-platform, which required greatly expanding our team and our knowledge base.
So let’s switch gears a bit and go into the Renewed Vision story. Tell us more about the business.
We make video presentation software. The uses of it can take many forms; from a digital signage display at Phipps Plaza to the NFL draft screens shown on national TV, to a small church in rural Georgia, our company serves the entire swath of those using video technology.
We are known for our ability to program extremely powerful video software, but making it easy for a layperson to use and at an affordable price.
So, what’s next? Any big plans?
We are going to continue to see the proliferation of digital signage and more and more LED product on roadways, in front of buildings, and it uses in sporting venues at high schools and colleges.
