Today we’d like to introduce you to G. Marie.

Hi G., thanks for joining us today. We’d love for you to start by introducing yourself.
G. Marie Cleaning started with an idea, being raised by military parents I was always taught to take my cleaning and organizing to the next level. To do all things with integrity, and being a woman of faith I always do things as if the Lord is watching. So I never do rush jobs and always stand by the brands next level standards. G. Marie started with me just cleaning for family and friends, but quickly grew into a word of mouth success. During the Covid period we really went next level by being given the opportunity to service bigger companies like LA Fitness, West GA College, Piedmont Driving Club and other big commercial companies. Which is when I finally was able to start hiring staff under me to fill the needs of our growing clients.

Now G. Marie Cleaning strives to create job opportunities for individuals facing challenges in securing employment. I aim to add value to my community by servicing local businesses, schools and colleges, as well as providing jobs for students. My goal is to empower individuals by offering both housekeeping and janitorial positions while delivering cleaning services that exceed typical industry standards. We focus on ensuring that all clients are happy and satisfied with the quality of our work. The ultimate vision is to become a household brand in every city, Lord willing.

Can you talk to us a bit about the challenges and lessons you’ve learned along the way. Looking back would you say it’s been easy or smooth in retrospect?
The journey started smooth but as we grow I’ve hit a fair share of bumps in the road.
From being in one of the top places for scams, to the turn over rate for new hires, to coming out of field work and learning how to run a company without being shown the ins and outs of back office work. But a lot of trial and error over the years has made me a stronger leader, and able to assist other new entrepreneurs.

Can you tell our readers more about what you do and what you think sets you apart from others?
We are a cleaning company, who specialize in deep cleans, organizing, commercial cleanings and everything in-between.
What I’m most proud of is that no matter how much we’ve grown over the years the brand still remains unblemished and 5 stars recommended. Most of our clients and business comes from referrals and word of mouth, so I feel like our work speaks for itself.

Is there a quality that you most attribute to your success?
Our top 3 qualities are, honesty, because being in clients personal spaces requires trust.
Next would be our integrity, we don’t just hire anyone we insure that staff are the right fit for our expectations.
Lastly, but most important is the relationship I have with Christ Jesus. Being connected to God helps me to treat my staff and my clients like my family. So I do my best to treat everyone with fairness and love I do all things that I would want done to myself and that is what keeps me successful in life and in my business.
