Community Highlights: Meet Chris Noles of Beyond Computer Solutions

Today we’d like to introduce you to Chris Noles.

Chris, we appreciate you taking the time to share your story with us today. Where does your story begin?
I started working with small business owners in my teens. My father had an accounting business serving other small business owners, and he inspired me to do the same with technology.

Over the years, technology continued to be an essential tool to help companies grow and work more efficiently. Our business has grown as demand has continued to grow.

Today, organizations of all sizes need technology not only to grow and compete, but to protect themselves from cyber threats and to stay compliant. We have earned our spot as being a top ranking Managed IT & Cybersecurity provider worldwide.

Can you talk to us a bit about the challenges and lessons you’ve learned along the way. Looking back would you say it’s been easy or smooth in retrospect?
We have had to adapt to many changes over the past 26 years. First, we had to move from being reactive to proactive – selling bundled, flat rate proactive services instead of charging hourly for reactive services.

When technology changed from being on-premise to in the cloud, we had to adapt to that.

We also had to adapt to adding more advanced cybersecurity services.

Now are are having to find a way to monetize selling ai and compliance solutions.

There were many times on this journey that we weren’t sure we were going to make the best decision, but we always figure it out.

Alright, so let’s switch gears a bit and talk business. What should we know?
Beyond Computer Solutions helps organizations of all sizes focus more on running their business while we keep their business running and protected.

We specialize in working with legal, construction, real estate, financial and small business owners with their unique requirements to stay competitive and secure in the marketplace.

We are proud to be in the top 100 Managed IT Companies to watch worldwide, year over year for the past several years.

It all starts with our free cybersecurity assessment and consultation.

What do you like best about our city? What do you like least?
The best thing about our city is that Atlanta has a lot of great entrepreneurs that we get to work with every day. New ideas are started here, and new developments are bringing new and interesting people to the city every day.

Nobody will disagree with me about the fact that traffic and lack of good public transportation is the worst part.
