Community Highlights: Meet Teri Lee of Rose Hair Collection

Today we’d like to introduce you to Teri Lee.

Hi Teri, so excited to have you with us today. What can you tell us about your story?
Eight years ago, my children had grown up and went to college after they graduated from high school. I had more time to do what I wanted to do. At that time, my older brother was in the hair export business in China. He owned a hair factory in our hometown and wanted to develop US market. I accepted his invitation and joined him to start selling hair in US.

I established a company named “Rose Hair Collection “. The location was the commercial property we purchased in Kennesaw, GA and the hair source came from my brother’s factory in China. This allowed me to control the hair quality and price to provide a true manufacturer price to US market.

8 years has passed , our hair products have expanded to include 12A grade Brazilian virgin hair and 15A double drawn Indian raw hair bundles, closures, frontals, and wigs. I have also expanded my business to hair accessories and also opened a beauty salon to provide hair installation service as well. So far, I have fulfilled my dreams of becoming a beauty supplier and servicer.

Would you say it’s been a smooth road, and if not what are some of the biggest challenges you’ve faced along the way?
It has not been a smooth road at all.

At the very beginning , the biggest struggle was how to let people trust us and our products. The only thing we could do was letting the quality and price spoke for us. We have been keeping selling high quality hair in lower price and gained the market share bit and bit .

After 8-year running, Rose Hair Collection has truly become one of the main hair vendors in Georgia. We have had the best manufacturer price based on the hair grade in the local Atlanta market and owned stable customers who have been buying hair from us all the time. We also have numerous hairstylists working with us. These are what I am most proud of so far.

Rose Hair Collection is a professional hair vendor based in Kennesaw, GA. We sell 100% human hair of 12A Brazilian Virgin hair and 15A double drawn Indian raw hair. The advantages we possess are owning a hair factory in China, owning a private property in Georgia and also own a beauty salon in local Therefore we are able to control hair quality, cost and balance profit to sell hair in lower price.

We sell hair but also provide installation service by our experienced hairstylist at our salon. we also provide free gifts which costs about $20 to customers who purchase our hair above $100. We deliver hair every day and open 10 hours a day from 9am to 7pm 7 days a week by appointment mostly.

What are your plans for the future?
We are planning to open one more store and a new beauty salon in different area of Georgia in near future to develop our hair business and provide hair installation service to more clients . We will continue to leverage our strengths to provide high quality hair and installation service in affordable price.
