Today we’d like to introduce you to Xavier.

Hi Xavier , can you start by introducing yourself? We’d love to learn more about how you got to where you are today?
Started fighting in Sanshou (Wushu Sanda) in 2011 and competing in kickboxing as well and shotokan karate been fighting since until now. Became a matchmaker for FightersRep in 2024 for the entire state of Florida until December of 2024. Then Started my own promotion for Wushu Sanda and all other striking combat sports.

I’m sure it wasn’t obstacle-free, but would you say the journey has been fairly smooth so far?
Its been a long rough journey from being a fighter and managing yourself to occasionally training yourself from using YouTube videos such as combinations and injuries. Besides the fighter aspect being a promoter has been a tough journey as well dealing with so many different people and personalities. And looking for venues is always challenging.

Promoting The Sport of Wushu Sanda and all other Striking Arts. and specializing in style vs style.

Wushu Sanda (also known as Sanshou) is the official full-contact combat sport and self-defense system of modern Chinese martial arts. It combines fast-paced kickboxing with dynamic wrestling, sweeps, and takedowns.

Im proud of the way my Sanshou (Wushu Sanda) has been shown and all other striking disciplines.

Is there any advice you’d like to share with our readers who might just be starting out?
Always have a budget when you start and have funds saved up before you start anything. And have a reliable team you can Work with to delegate and coordinate.
