Hi Russ, we’d love for you to start by introducing yourself.
My name is Russell Barnes. I am 40 years old. I’ve been training myself for over 23 years and I’ve been training other people for at least over two years. I did over 14 years in jail I came home. I got three gyms within 11 months and then I close them all down two years later to pursue Online Coaching

Would you say it’s been a smooth road, and if not what are some of the biggest challenges you’ve faced along the way?
I had a whole lot of struggles along the way I made some mad investment when I learn those investments

Alright, so let’s switch gears a bit and talk business. What should we know?
So I’m a personal trainer turn online coach our people from all around the world getting in great shape as well as help coaches build their online platform to do the same thing

Is there anyone you’d like to thank or give credit to?
Mainly just me and my wife helped me out a great girl at home as far as Business lives. I really did everything from the muscle
