Today we’d like to introduce you to Carla Johnson.

Hi Carla , thanks for joining us today. We’d love for you to start by introducing yourself.
In 2018, our Founder had this vision of a global network of women supporting each other to be successful in their endeavors. The idea behind LOS was to combine her passion for uplifting others while giving back to the community.
Our mission is to empower individuals with the knowledge and resources they need to achieve financial independence and stability. Through our philanthropic activities, we aim to foster a culture of giving back and creating opportunities for underrepresented communities, creating a brighter future for all.

We bring together a diverse and accomplished group of entrepreneurial women from various fields worldwide. Our community includes successful female entrepreneurs, CEOs, and business-minded women. We celebrate the diverse expertise of our members. Together, we foster compelling conversations, knowledge exchange, and valuable collaborations that drive success.

Would you say it’s been a smooth road, and if not what are some of the biggest challenges you’ve faced along the way?
Some of the challenges include female executives having limited to no opportunities to network with like-minded individuals who want a proven, tru network they can learn from and lean on .

I am the Chair of the Ladies of Success organization working along the Founders and Executive team. My work within the organization includes:

Leading nationwide initiatives to include the Back to School Supplies and Bookbag drive
Curating large scale conference experiences from concept to completion with the LOS Board of Directors
Leading webinar experiences for six figure and up entrepreneurs

My entertainment bio includes:

CARLA JOHNSON M.ED is a native of Tampa, Florida, and a graduate of the University of South Florida with a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration Marketing, and a Master’s degree in Business Education.

She is a NFL Alumni Cheerleader, Creative Director, Brand Ambassador, on camera and stage Host. Director and Owner of Cheer Girl Entertainment LLC and Game Day Glamorous entertainment companies, she specializes in large and small scale entertainment production activations, freelance choreography for music artists, dancers and motion pictures, cheerleading, dance team camps, youth competition choreography, pro sports entertainment cheer and dance audition prep classes as well as show creative direction.

As a tenured member of the NFL Alumni, Carla has had an illustrious career with over 25 years experience working with various national and international brands. She is an on stage host and emcee.
