Today we’d like to introduce you to Alexander Aperture.

Hi Alexander, thanks for joining us today. We’d love for you to start by introducing yourself.
I began my journey in the film industry filming recreationally for artists on the independent label I was a part of. Others took notice of this and were willing to pay me to film and edit. When I seen the value in the services, I had to offer, I quickly turned my hobby into a business.

I’m sure you wouldn’t say it’s been obstacle free, but so far would you say the journey have been a fairly smooth road?
It has definitely not been a smooth road. Anything worth going for is gonna be a challenge. I’ve dealt with clients not wanting to pay their balance. I’ve had to use public transportation and uber to make it to shoots which cost more than half of my profit from the shoot. I’ve had equipment stolen. I’ve lost footage. Those are just some of the many challenges I’ve faced on my path.

Appreciate you sharing that. What else should we know about what you do?
I am the Commercial King. I specialize in 1min promo videos that help small businesses grow their brand and well established businesses grow even larger. I have an abundance of resources available at any moment including other videographers, photographers, animators, mua, website development, marketing, and much more. I’m known for my quality and my turnaround time. My turnaround time is a huge factor in what separates me from others. I turn around over 50% of my projects within 24hrs. I also overshoot; meaning I make sure that I capture more than enough footage for the project. I look at something and find three different ways to shoot it, and I apply that across the board.

Is there anything else you’d like to share with our readers?
I’ve released a clothing line titled More Than A Shooter. With all of the many hats that I wear, I consider myself much more than a shooter.
