Hi Aaron, thank you for taking the time to reflect back on your journey with us. I think our readers are in for a real treat. There is so much we can all learn from each other and so thank you again for opening up with us. Let’s get into it: Have any recent moments made you laugh or feel proud?
Yes!!! Indeed!!! In December of 2024, the month before this wonderful year of 2025. “Girl of Deceit” film was released which i was a actor in this wonderful film project that Latoya Lee owner of Diamond Apache Films had filmed last year. To add more this blessing she had entered this film in a IMDB certified film festival called “Multi Dimension Independent Film Festival”, and with that submission we won the award in the festival and is now streaming on their site and on YouTube.
Can you briefly introduce yourself and share what makes you or your brand unique?
My name is Aaron Allen. I am a actor and writer by trade and have had schooling, training and experience in both. My brand is mostly writing books and screenplays and sometimes managing and marketing other creatives when the need arises. “Team New Life” is my brand name with a IG page and more.
Thanks for sharing that. Would love to go back in time and hear about how your past might have impacted who you are today. What part of you has served its purpose and must now be released?
The Part that must be released is the part where everyone always asks me to help their project and they end up gaining respect of the things i do for them, and then they turn around and ignore my needs. nevertheless, i have helped countless creatives and now it is time to create something for myself and others who want to be apart of the bigger picture in Hollywood which i am making connections currently already. No one will be left behind, except those that contributed nothing
Was there ever a time you almost gave up?
I often feel like giving up but knowing who iam always keeps me going
Next, maybe we can discuss some of your foundational philosophies and views? Is the public version of you the real you?
Yes, the public me is the “real me”, some may sat different but the people that really know me know im the same everywhere.
Before we go, we’d love to hear your thoughts on some longer-run, legacy type questions. What false labels are you still carrying?
People used to call me a drug addict because I used to smoke weed, and drank alcohol too much and ended up in a rehab facility in 2013. Even now sometimes I feel that stigma’s sting even to this day even being clean from all that. Nevertheless its a false label I do plan on putting away one day soon just in my mind, though some peoples opinions will never change.
