Samba , so good to connect and we’re excited to share your story and insights with our audience. There’s a ton to learn from your story, but let’s start with a warm up before we get into the heart of the interview. What do the first 90 minutes of your day look like?
Honestly first thing i do when i get up is thank God i didn’t die in my sleep .lol Then I get up and wash up. Then ill listen to my bible to start my day and pray for protection . I might make some breakfast and then im checking emails and responding back to artist or managers about music stuff . Then maybe go to the gym and do a workout . After that im working on beats for placement and talking to clients.
Can you briefly introduce yourself and share what makes you or your brand unique?
Well my name is Samba beatz and im from Rahway, NJ, and now based in Atlanta, GA. Known for crafting innovative and genre-blending sounds, I have collaborated Future, Stove god Cooks, Lil Baby,Reach Records, Skilla Baby, Loso Loaded, Lil Unky, Sada Baby, Dej Loaf, Niska, Flo Rida , Oya baby, Playboi carti , BG, Slim Jimmy and more . I also build artist as far as artist development and just trying to bring some fresh to the game !
Okay, so here’s a deep one: Who taught you the most about work?
Man i’ve always had jobs before i starting producing music full time. Ive probably had over 10 jobs before 25 years old. I would either quit or get fired because of chasing this music and showing up late to work . But my last job i worked for Comcast for 5 years as a tech and quit almost two years ago now and i just wanted to take a leap of faith and its been going great . I love waking up and doing what i love to do everyday! Hard work is nothing been working hard for a while now before music.
If you could say one kind thing to your younger self, what would it be?
People will always let you down but God will never let you down! Always believe in yourself and know you are a King and you can do anything you put your mind too!

My wife is my motivation and she been behind me from the beginning!
